Hardee's — Restaurant in Greensboro

Came here and had a hell of an experience. There was a long wait which I understand. There was a employee with red hair having a loud conversation with her friend outside the window when I got there. (More on her in a minute) First off the cost of the items on the menu arent accurate and the combo that said it was $7-8 was $11.46. No upgrades or anything so not sure what that was about. I I the lady with red hair come in and go behind the counter but did not wash her hands but this was by the time I had my food. Secondly, I asked for a buffalo sauce which on the window said was 25 cents. The lady behind the cashier was going to give me it because the wait was atrocious and I mentioned the markup in cost so I'm guessing that she felt sorry for the mistake. BUT THEN the lady with red hair decided to say "NO HE HAS TO PAY 27 CENTS" very loudly and rudely. I said "I dont mind paying 25 cents as the sign says" and the lady basically screamed "its 27 cents". We had a back and forth about it but when I could tell she wasnt going to budge I decided to move on and say "no thanks if you arent going to honor the posted price" I didnt raise my voice but was very annoyed. So I go into the parking lot and decide to check my food because I didnt want to come all the way back... they GAVE ME A CHICKEN SANDWICH instead of the burger. I got back in the drive thru knowing this was going to be a pain but had no idea what was about to come. When I got back to the window I showed my receipt and the sandwich and said that my order was messed up and I would like a refund. The cashier (who was super nice) asked if I would like the order remade and I explained that I saw the employee not wash her hands when coming back inside and I would just prefer to get my money back. I'm assuming she heard this because she came stomping over and told me to pull into the parking lot and they'll bring my corrected food out and that "they dont do refunds". I didnt like that answer but I have heard that fast food places dont do that. After about 10 minutes I got my food from my new friend (the red hair lady) who brought my food and all her attitude with her. I come all the time and use my app and I’ve never had an issue but today June 4th @2:40 I began to order a double mushroom burger meal but while proceeding to the drive thru window I gave her a QR code or an item she proceeded to scan but was really angry she slammed the window she smacked her lips and rolled her eyes I did nothing to that girl but the way she was slinging stuff n asked to rescan I was just over getting food from this place today I felt like she wasn’t finna care about my food being made nice she seemed to not want to be there doing her job she was talking sassy thru the mic when I was ordering and to the ppl behind me while I was sitting waiting on her to take my money, I pulled off n went to McDonald I love Hardee’s but ppl like this just makes u not want to eat not knowing if they making it if they care if they being nasty because they don’t care or why you upset at everybody are you gonna do something to my food?! Just couldn’t trust it I wish there was more locations but sadly imma have to give you guys a while to get your staff in order I know she’ll be noticed as a bad employee soon if not already but her old ass was to grown n old to be acting that way n it was highly...

I should have known better but I did it anyway. I was hungry and wanted a burger. Lots of burger joints near Friendly Ave and Guilford College Road. I was looking for a Wendy's but didn't see one. I saw the Hardees sign and decided to try. I remember their burgers being ok. I don't see how this shop can be open. If I have ever had a worse burger I can't remember it and it was their top ANGUS burger...all $9.49 with a medium drink. Another clue I was the only one at the drive through and I sat there waiting at least ten minutes. I could have driven off because at that point I had not paid. No, that would not have been nice. Finally got my burger. A good inch and a half bun for the top and another inch of the bun on the bottom. Yes, it was cold and dry as a bone. The meat patty was about 1/4 of an inch thick, two tiny pickles, two one inch slivers of one, one single thin piece of hot, wilted lettuce about one inch by three inches.
