Placed order to go ; went in , paid for food . The lady cashier says uh oh and looked at me with my card in her hand and says I made a mistake. She shows me that she made a return instead of a charge. Then goes to explain that I will receive money instead of charge. I say well just charge me again and we will be even. She says Im going to have to double charge you to correct her mistake. At this point Im getting irritated and say Im not paying for your mistake thats not business you made the mistake you pay for it, now the man with the big glasses comes from the back trying to tell me he is going to have to use my card to get there return back and he going to call my credit card company while the lady kept holding on to my debit card. At this point I demanded my card back . Now I'm livid stating why should I pay for your mistake. Mind you that I was willing to make it even to get my food but not get double charged to correct your mistake which would have been over 100 dollars worth of transactions to my account. LONG STORY SHORT BAD BUSINESS BAD BAD BUSINESS. IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. NEVER AGAIN...HAVE HAD OTHER NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES HERE BUT THIS ONE TOOK ME TO MY BREAKING POINT... I live in McLeansville and can say without any doubt that this is the worst Chinese place I have ever been in. It could not exist in Greensboro, because the competition would put it out of business. The food is mediocre-average at best, but the owner and staff are the rudest, most despicable acting bunch of creeps I have ever been around. They are rude on the phone and in person. They won't greet you and are constantly hollering at each other and answering the phone - all the while ignoring you. They don't give a receipt and have taken all the condiments and placed them on their side of the counter, making them hard to reach. They don't won't anyone cutting that extra .03 out of their profit. Uggh.

I was shopping at the adjacent Food Lion one day and heard screaming all the way across the parking lot. It was one of the owners of Jade screaming at the top of his lungs to someone on the other end of his phone, seemingly cussing them out. I wish I could give them zero stars but that's not an option. I have been living in the area for a few years and have been wanting to try this place. I decided today would be the day. I went in and placed my order. It was a decent experience. The lady that assisted me was pleasant.

My daughter needed to use the restroom and it wasn’t that great. It could use some cleaning and the toilet paper was out.

The overall place is older and a bit rundown. Renovations cost big money right now so I will not fault them for that. The dinning area was clean.

The food was ok. Not overly seasoned so my daughter was happy about that. I got the chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. There wasn’t much shrimp and it tasted basic but not terrible.

Another issue is that I found a blue rubber band in my food. That can’t be good but because I’m not super impressed by the taste I will not deduct a star for that.

Overall it’s not my favorite, but my daughter liked it a lot. I say...
