I'm not sure what is going on up there, but it is not good. At this point I'm honestly not blaming the crew, I blame the management. We have been multiple times since they've opened and they are always out of something or my order is wrong--Today topped the cake. The dining room was finally open so we went inside to place our order. We ordered 3 sausage biscuit meals and a 2pc meal... that's it. We waited 45min for this. During our wait, we observed the following: There was no actual crew management being done. They were all milling about with no clear objective. The front end crew member Danita was doing the best she could, and I commend her for her hard work. My husband and I watched the manager walk around for umpteen minutes doing nothing..she didn't jump in and help AT ALL. She continually walked up to the front and didn't help, milled around the back doing absolutely nothing. There were 2 young men in the back also doing nothing. A man came in to place an order and waited 10min and didn't even receive a greeting. He ended up walking out. Another 2 men came in and ordered the bo chicken sandwiches and after 20min received the cajun filet..he gave it back and they took the same cajun filet and put it on a bun and handed it back to him..again, he ordered the bo chicken sandwich.. not the cajun filet. All the while the manager was still doing nothing. I also witnessed an employee and the same manager named Amaya I believe, speaking highly disrespectful to the front end employee, it was pretty awful to witness. Read moreThey are always OUT of something regardless of what day or time you stop by this location. On two separate visits I have seen more underwear than I care to see (1) was from a big guy who had holes all in his pants (2) from a young girl who had to keep pulling them up in between dropping and fixing food. When I walked in for what I sure will be my last time (2) bottles of water, left over food laying on the table, broom on the floor, and seat pulled out right before you walk up to order. One girl on her phone the other two just moving slow as a turtle and the other young man was making biscuits. After waiting for a long period of time Mohamed finally came up to take the order he had a hard time processing the feedback provided to him. The order was incorrect after waiting another long period of time. I know hard work is easy to find now and days and you need all that come in. But when you specialize in chicken and the skin won't stick b/c whomever is preparing has no clue it makes for a terrible outcome. I have given the drive thru and take out several times to get it right. This entre staff needs some professional development training. I would also suggest management to help them get some attire that fit. It's not healthy to keep pulling up your clothes while preparing food not changing gloves nor washing your hands. Read moreEasily the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. I went once a month or so ago for breakfast and the biscuits were dry and the Cajun gravy tasted…off? Customer service was not a thing. Had to wait several minutes before anyone even came to the register to acknowledge I was there. I thought maybe I just had bad luck so I went back there for lunch again today. It was worse. Same awful lack of response at the front counter. Chicken was very dry and overcooked. Rice was mushy. Mashed potatoes had no gravy. There were literally 0 clean tables in the entire restaurant. There’s absolutely no decor, or even napkin holders in the entire seating area. The one napkin holder on the counter was empty. I’ve never been to a bojangles before that didn’t allow you to get your own refills of at least Tea, but this one doesn’t have that option. Then when I asked for a refill, they made me wait 5 minutes while they went to the back (without saying a word to me, I’ll add) and then came back and said there was no tea.
