On 8/23 I took my family to subway at 9 pm. My little (14 y/o) ordered his meal through drive thru the girl at the window yelled at him and asked why he didn’t finish his order at the speaker when they told him to pull around because the speaker was messed up. She then repeated kept yelling at him say “so what you want?” I ordered his food & we wanted 15 mins for his food to be WRONG no bacon that we paid for. So we had to physically get out the car bang on the drive thru window because they were ignoring us both employees looked at me and put headphones in their ear & locked the doors. Finally got one of their attention and told them the order was wrong he snatches the food out my hand and takes another 15 mins to make the food. After that the unprofessional girl came to the window gave me the sandwich and slammed the drive thru window as I was asking for a refund.
Worst place ever please fire staff and get new employees. They need a training on customer service & working efficiently.

Which I still have the receipt, which specifies what was asked to put on the sandwich. I went inside and told the stout black lady it was wrong nicely, she say that it the was it is online, and she was back biting (talking rude and smart) and using profanity, with me and then lied on me and said I came in the place being loud and rude. To make a long story short, her skinny black co worker was quite at first then she started yelling and screaming and using profanity. The two girls were also holding up the drive thru fussing with me. I did not take their mess, and told them about themselves. Read moreThe ROACH though. I've lived nearby and frequented for 3 years now. Today was my last visit due to their cleanliness. Most of the time, I get my subs to go, but when I do sit it is hard to find a clean table. I thought maybe they just didn't have time to go into the dining room and wipe the crumbs off/sanitize the tables. Maybe they got a rush. But I've noticed it consistently and also started to notice the floor: crumbs and dust/grime throughout the dining room. Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back was a ROACH crawling across my wife's foot. Here is the thing: if your dining room, which is supposed to be inviting and comfortable for your customers to enjoy their food, is held to such a low standard, then what does that mean for the Kitchen where the customers don't see.
