Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greensboro

Being kind and rating this on past pizza hut experiences, hands down the absolute worst ever. Honestly, this location will likely close judging by reviews and local popularity. I was warned not to go here. Everything was overcooked and hard. Had them remake the melts and still overdone. While I was waiting, I watched every pizza exit the oven overcooked.

As you can see in the photos, the melts are rather flat, unlike those I've had at other Pizza Huts. There might have been 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken fettucine pasta. I'm not sure what's up with that, but it's obvious the size of the wings their chickens are chicks. I felt sorry for them as it was a shame the sacrifice made only to be overcooked to the point they were dried into chicken Jerky on the bone.

A lot could be forgiven with good service, but alas, even that was terrible. The lady putting orders together could've been having a bad day, and I could normally sympathize and did what I could to brighten her day by adding a tip even though it was take-out. Alas, I suppose nothing I could've done would have helped. She was bitter, throwing pans and slamming boxes together in a seeming fit of rage.

I realize this is Pizza Hut and that, in and of itself, compared to other chains, is lacking. However, I would typically give Pizza Huts a 3 for their melts and a 2 for their pizza. This particular only received the 1 because that is as low as can go and leave a review. Here I would realistically go -2 for the melts, -4 for the dried out bakes, -5 for the dried out baby chicken wings, and -2 for the overcooked...

This by far is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever dined at. This particular location opens at 11. I had a party of 10 and as we entered, a delivery driver kindly expressed that they did not have any waitress staff that could wait on us if we dined in. He said that he could prepare us some drinks and provide plates to us and box the pizza which was fine with us. It’s just absurd and unheard of that a dine in/carry out restaurant does not have enough employees so that they are able to provide a pleasant dining experience. Next, another customer entered and she expressed to the delivery driver that this is the second weekend in a row that you all did not have waitress staff during the weekend, and proceeded to exit. During the week, there is one older lady African American lady that serves as a waitress. Being that this location serves buffet during the weekdays with always only one waitress to accommodate customers, during large lunch rushes, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. While I understand that’s she is the only waitress working, she always has a very bad attitude and her customer service skills are not up to par with any of Pizza Hut’s morals and values. I’m confused as to how this location is still open for business without adequate employees to run and operate it daily including weekends. This has been a horrid experience and I will look into contacting the cooperate office making them aware of this locations lack of customer service and...

I normally order pizza here at least 1-2 times out of the week when my kids have they’re friends over. Tonight was NOT good! I ordered a dinner box with mild wings asked for ranch, large pepperoni pizza, and 8 bbq wings asked for blue cheese. Whoever expedited tonight did a horrible job!! The large pizza looked like it sat way too long under the heat lamp! The pizza slices were hard and cheese was stuck to the hard dough let’s not talk about the pepperoni’s. We never received marinara sauce for the cheese bread sticks with our dinner box, no blue cheese for the bbq wings, and no mild hot sauce for wings in the dinner box. I called them and they said they would send out another pepperoni pizza within 40 minutes as for the dinner box I had to call back when I realized that was missing and again they said they would send it out. However, what’s the point on sending out the sauce or another pizza 40 minutes after when everything else would be cold? When you eat you want it hot and also with any dipping sauces as you eat it hot! NOT 40 MINUTES AFTER! Tell your expediter if you won’t eat it don’t serve it or have it delivered and double check the receipt to ensure everything is ready...
