Please do not go to this Subway. They have a lady there that is extremely rude. I made the mistake to place an online order to this Subway to take advantage of the new $6.99 footlong special. The lady there serving as cashier / sandwich maker said we don't have your order. I explained that I show confirmation on my phone. She refused to look at my device, saying it was not in her system. She then said call corporate. I stated I paid over $25 for sandwiches and how do I get my money back? She said it's not in my system so not my problem. I asked what is the number to corporate? She said I don't know. I filed a complaint online and was refunded my money. But what was upsetting was her horrible customer service. She treated me as if I was a second class citizen. She was rude and showed no empathy for the situation. She called her manager and tried to loud talk me over the phone. Very ghetto atmosphere. Plus it did appear unsanitary. The sandwich makers were mopping the floor and then returned to make sandwiches without washing their hands. They do wear gloves, but I would rather see them wash their hands. I got back to work, opened my sandwich and unfortunately there was a dead roach underneath the bread. I took the sandwich back, the young girl at the counter only offered to remake the sandwich. Which of course I did not want. She gave me a refund but was really nonchalant about the whole thing. She didn't apologize or anything. Read moreDid a 6pm online order on 6/3/22. Arrived around 6:15, and could see immediately the single employee was overwhelmed. Fortunately there was only one customer ahead of me, with what appeared to be an order of four sandwiches. When I was eventually waited on, there was a problem with the toaster, which wasn’t a big deal to me. The employee got the order correct and was very nice and apologetic for the wait, advising that scheduled employees had not shown up and had called out.
