If I could post a picture I would, I ordered a small mocha iced cappuccino today and it was missing a quarter of it. It was already a small, is it really that much of a burden to give me the whole thing when I pay the whole price? And a couple weeks ago I ordered the same thing but it wasnât just iced coffee, it was iced like a slushy. As if they poured the drink and ice into a blender, blended it, and then they called that the drink. It was overflowing on the top and the woman handed it to me covered in napkins saying she didnât know what happened and just let me handle it. I had ordered the drink several times before and after and it had never come like that. If you donât know how to make that specific coffee then ask someone else to do it, ask them to show you, or simply donât work at a coffee shop đ¤Śđťââď¸ I also have one woman who corrects me every single time I order my cappuccino. I always ask for 2 cream to be added and this one particular woman always corrects me saying itâs made with milk and I either say âokay well add moreâ or âokay add 2 cream thenâ. Overall, the people are very nice, but I think they donât know how to do their job; arguing with the costumer, not knowing how to make the drink, and not giving me the fair amount when all the other drinks were filled to the brim, isnât okay. I donât expect perfection, but I expect consistency and doing your job the way youâre...
Read moreThe customer service was absolutely foul. I ordered pumpkin spice latte(traditionally hot drink) and got to the window and was presented with an iced drink. I politely said that I didnt order an iced drink. That's when the experience turned sour. I can understand that mistakes happen and I never let that bother me, but this man at the window SCOWLED at me when I told him that wasnt my drink. The woman who took my order put me down for an iced drink instead. She claimed that she asked if I wanted an iced drink and I never answered. She never asked. (Also, if that was the case, wouldnt it make sense to get clarification at the window before making the drink?) I informed the manager that I didnt ask for an iced latte and that I was never asked about making it iced(again, that would be a special request for a traditionally hot drink). The manager never apologized for the mistake or for his incredible rudeness...
Read moreAfter having to do a detour from the Starbucks in this town because of the ridiculously long line and no access to the inside of the building, I went to this location on Christmas Eve morning. The location was busy, but not terribly busy. The inside of the building was only for online orders, so I waited in the drive-through. It moved steadily enough and I received my entire order (a dozen assortment of doughnuts, breakfast sandwich, two peppermint mocha lattes and a pumpkin spice latte) with no issues. Service was speedy and friendly. Our coffee cups had residue of chocolate on it from doughnut-handling, but I I'm not too picky about that-I understand this is a very busy time. Compared to the other coffee franchise in this town, the service experience was overall...
