Ok so i came in for a doordash order and i waited for over 3 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk, there's a loud intercom and it's hard to hear well, i finally see someone come near the front, and i was like ok finally i can get some assistance. This lady says something super quick without a moment to give me a chance to speak and then runs off, another customer came in behind me and i look at him and ask " are they always like this?," cuz, he's wondering why no one is at the front ready to take orders. Now this time i guess they heard me through the intercom telling the customer why they aren't coming to serve the customers at the front. This lady walks back up and practically screams through the intercom doesn't let me get a word in edge wise and tells me to move to the side, order not ready, order not ready! She says. I was trying to tell her i didn't hear her the first time when she said it through the intercom at me, that is not how you speak to people period, I'm doing you guys a service by delivering you guys food to the customers, I'm not obliged to take it and i won't and the food will sit there till it gets cold and the customers rate ya'll store poorly for you all terrible customer service. Also i wouldn't advise eating in here the place is disgusting just like there service, they literally have a open container with rice in the bottom of it and ink pins sticking out. I don't Recommend any one eat here for one, and secondly if you're a dasher be very weary with these people they do not respect delivery drivers and will talk to you like a dog. I walked the hell up outta there quick. Disgusting service, and...

Asian delight used to be the best take out Chinese in the upstate. We would order twice a month, however that was pre-pandemic. We noticed the quality started going down around the pandemic and that all culminated tonight.

We ordered crab Rangoon, egg rolls, chicken chow main and pork lo mein. I picked up my order and made it home. I found a container of rice in my bag which was unexpected but everything else was right. We started opening the containers and found we had pork lo mein but not the chicken chow mein. Instead we had some sort of other chicken dish, loaded with cabbage, that’s meant to go over rice. I called the restaurant and was told I needed to speak to a manager. She called me back promptly but blew me off when I described the situation. I was told that because I took it home (reminder take out order) she couldn’t issue me a refund and would have to charge me if she makes me a replacement chow mein. I asked why I would get charged when I was given something I didn’t order, she said the best she could do was give me lo mein noodles so I could “make chow mein with whatever you got”. That’s not how this works… This was our final straw. If this is what they consider “chow mein” they should explain that in there website.

I do see reading other reviews others have had similar experiences with the “manager”.

At the end of the day I’d recommend checking your order before you leave if you do choose to...

I ordered take out. I got a large order of beef lo mein and a fried chicken & fried rice combo. Well that's what it was supposed to be because that's what I told the lady over the phone. I get there and the young guy up front has a very nasty attitude. He was quick to talk over me and almost took my hand with him when I was handing him my money. I didn't get an egg roll with the combo because AFTER I paid and checked my food he said "egg roll does not come with the chicken & fried rice combo." (Which is weird because for almost $40 and it being a combo like how I normally get elsewhere egg roll comes with any combo.) Then proceeded to switch what he said and was like "well we don't do a combo for the fried chicken and fried rice." Like what?? But you charged me for a combo. Anyway only reason I paid for the egg roll was because my son wanted it. Overall the food was good and the lady who helps cook was nice and helpful compared to that young joc with the attitude. You guys may want to put him in the back if he is going to speak to paying customers that way. Recommend for the food but the service...

I recently moved here from Colorado and I m really struggling with the whole race thing and language barriers but the culture here makes you not want to order. The funny part is I also Door Dash there a lot and still get the same feeling as if they never saw me before. In my opinion the food isn’t really Chinese or Japanese and it’s flavor is hit or miss plus I ordered extra beef I.n my rice min $3 dollars but wher is it cause I barely see the beef I’m supposed to have . I’m really confused are you Japanese cooking Chinese or Chinese cooking Japanese. Thikik I’ll pay more farther away for better quality and consistency. I literally feel like I’m in a Time Machine and living my life 30 years ago. Shameful is that your beef? Why is the other beef for all other dishes so much bigger?

Being from a major city (DC), where we have an abundance of what we call carry outs, and missing that familiar taste I've been searching for great take out for almost two years and I've finally found it! The menu is not what I'm used to but that's a good thing! The have Chinese, Japanese and a few American items. Everything I've had was great! Sushi was fresh, rice cooked perfectly with the flavorful honey chicken, egg rolls were amazing and the wonton soup with a dash of added salt was to die for! Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant is clean. We did take advantage of the few seats they have in the restaurant and it was a good experience. Definitely will be returning!

My husband and I eat here several times a month. It is our favorite place to get Chinese. We have never had any previous issues until last night. I spent $45 on our meal. When I took my first bite of chicken and broccoli I found a piece of metal inside the chicken. I did not eat my meal after that. I was afraid there maybe more pieces within the food. I am pregnant and would hate to have swallowed a piece of metal and have had to have surgery. I am livid I spent so much money and was unable to eat my food. We will not buy from here again.
