This is definitely why conversations are needed to say the least... So I had the pleasure of meeting Mike he is the store Manager and if I may say he has a true understanding of accountability and ensuring that the key to Customer Service is still working..... Also I'd like to mention that you also did an Awesome job Mike by making Stephanie apart of your team you two together make a great combination

I am writing this review with so much sadness because my expectation of the store definitely didn't match the energy that I received.... On 11/11 around 1pm I visited the store as I have before in the past with bags in hand from another store,when I entered I went to the butcher got some cuts and went to check out,When I got home a few hours later I realized I left my bag,so I call back a few hours later and very nicely asked about leaving a bag at self checkout I was interrupted placed on hold and when they answered again it was a different person a night shift manager,they literally went back and forth about me paying for my items (which I have still a copy of my receipt) I was told they had to watch a tape (to make sure I didn't steal) even after I stated I had receipt,Once she returned 17 mins later they saw where I paid for my items...Once I arrived at the store they met me at the door with items in hand rushing me off.. I felt Very funny after leaving,they treated me like a thief I was very uncomfortable.needless to say I won't...

We spend $500-$700 a week at this store and it’s always an unpleasant experience with the staff but we like the items we get so we push through the lack of customer service. No one is helpful or kind especially the cashiers. They don’t even offer to help you bag your groceries even when it’s a cart full and they stand around and talk with each other rather than help. It’s wild that we pay a crazy mark up on food here to be treated like trash. Today Anaeli, put the nail in the coffin. She was not only making fun of my family member talking to another team member about him, but she very rude to our family. She obviously doesn’t want to work here and I’m not sure why management would hire people so wildly unpleasant. Although we loved the sprouts we went to when we lived in Florida. This sprouts is the worst I’ve ever been to and we will no longer be sprouts customers because of the constant mistreatment we receive when we are there. We will be taking our...

I absolutely love shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a bright, clean, and well-organized store that makes shopping a real pleasure. The produce section is always stocked with fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables that are noticeably higher quality than most other grocery stores, and they have such a wide variety—often including unique, organic, and local options.

The store offers fantastic deals on both organic and conventional products, making healthy eating more affordable. I also appreciate the bulk section, which has everything from grains and nuts to snacks, and it’s perfect for reducing waste.
