Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenville

Worst pizza, worst service, worst guarantee. Orfered online and it said 20 to 30 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later, an employee who appeared strung out Said it would be 10 more minutes, then quickly changed the course and said 20 more minutes. After 45 minutes, I went back in and received my order. Pizza was cold, tots were burnt, and the garlic bread pieces were dry and bland. After inquiring with Domino's corporate sight about their guarantee, I was told the local franchise would contact me. Two weeks later, stolen contact. Inquired again with corporate and no response. This was my first taste and experience with Dominoes pizza . It was terrible pizza, the tots were a joke, and being served by someone clearly on drugs was the last straw. Guarantee..... only on the box as they don't back it up. I see why they must advertise so much......they...

If I could give them less than a star, I would. I ordered last night at 9:40 pm, they told me it would be an hour. I said alright because though that is a long wait, we could handle it. An hour rolls by, it's 10:40 and I call up, they say a lava cake fell and they were remaking it. For one, didn't order lava cakes, so i tell them what my order was and they say they will call me back, but they don't. I call after 11:00 and the store apparently "closed", even my dorm/suite mates called and they got the same answer. We wait longer because things happen, but we go inside at 11:40, two hours after the pizza/pasta/bread/chicken was ordered. Suddenly, dominos pizza tracker tells me it is being delivered at 11:54 and it is here by 11:56, lo and behold, the order was never delivered. We were waiting into the next day, we haven't recieved our order. I will be calling later today to speak to...

Fast friendly services a step above the rest. Last min birthday pizza because I forgot to make a special meal my son wasn't mad but disappointed in me I called to get last min pizza and instead of being in a hurry. This team created a pizza out of this world and they paid attion to small detail caught I had forgot. And it was my son's birthday. They wrote happy birthday on the pizza. This is one of the nicest things I have ever encounted it made my son feel berry special. Way to go greenville dominos. Your really one of a kind will never forget whet u did thanks a million will be a forever loyal costumer. ...
