Order a Deluxe Pizza with extra cheese and soda for a working lunch at the office. A pizza was delivered and the lady was tipped. After the delivery lady left we realized the order was wrong. They left us a cheese pizza. We called the store and the person answered seem reluctant to believe they got the order wrong and interrogated me about if we had eaten any of the pizza, I repeatedly told him no. I then asked for a manager, someone who identified themselves as Collins came to the phone and questioned me again about if we had eaten any of the pizza. He asked me three times during the course of our conversation and I repeatedly told him no. They were more concern about if we ate the pizza than getting the order corrected and I expressed that to him. He went on to say he can not replace the pizza if we had eaten any of it. I told him no again, we have not eaten any of it. My conversation with them became frustrating and I felt disrespected. I told Collins that my husband was on the way to return the (UNEATEN)cheese pizza and we desire a full refund of the cost of the pizza and the tip. They made the error but acted as if we did something wrong. No one should have to go through this for a pizza!!!, and one that they were responsible for making the error. Gee wiz! All we wanted...
Read moreVery disappointed and highly upset that I even chose this location. So I went to pick up a carry out order which is now an option late nights. As I approach the building the open light were off so immediately I checked to ensure I had the correct location and indeed I did. I go back and check the app and it says my pizza is ready so I walk to the door because curbside wasn’t an option. As I am standing at the door a guy walks half to the door and turn around. The sign on the door reads the inside close at 10pm but please call. So I’m searching for the number since it’s not on their homemade sign which is taking a minute. While doing so I hear the girl in the inside say it says call. Well duh I’m not going to walk back to the car to make the call and to turn around just to walk back. That makes no sense. Another guy finally comes to the door and ask for my name as they are calling it out and I say that’s it. He go grab the pizza and as I’m speaking to him about the other two rude individuals and asked for their name which he refused to give he’s smirking. Read moreOur pizza was terrible last night. I don't know what went wrong but it was dry and hardly any cheese. The kids were disappointed as was I. There was something spilled in the box also. Looked like some sauce or something. The presentation was so disappointing when we opened the box. We all just looked at each other like ... What are we gonna do... it's ugly...Where's the cheese...why is it bald & burnt in places?... What's that spilled all over in there?...Didn't they look at it before they gave it to us?
As for the two philly steak and cheese sandwiches they sucked too!!! I don't EVER want another sandwich from a pizza joint. All dough! Hardly any meat. Cheese & parts of the bread & meat was burnt up like it had been in a broiler. I was expecting the manager to respond to my survey about the meal we got but nobody did which is upsetting. My family would rather eat where we could at least get a decent meal that "looked" good. They didn't even eat all their pizza. They went to bed & left the pieces with no cheese in the box.
