McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenville

The last couple of times I went for breakfast it wasn't pleasant. No matter what hour it was cars were lined up in both lanes. I waited what seemed like forever & wound up with six sause biscuits and a senior coffee. I felt rushed or I probably would have checked out the menu and prices on other items more thoroughly. Usually every time Mom Dad and I went on a road trip we always made McDonald's or Pit Stop and got a delicioul cup of coffee to go. Lately at the drive-thru when I've ordered coffee it's very bitter even early in the morning. I ordered Sweet and Low and cream I'm usually I get one sugar no cream or Nothing at All and have to throw it out if it's black and nothing in the bag not even jelly for the biscuits. Check your order thoroughly before you even pull off. One busy afternoon at 4 p.m. I went to pick up supper on my way home there were tons of cars in line already finally got my order and pulled out immediately went through that straw in my drink to find out my Sprite was Rancid completely unbearable. It took me nearly 35 minutes to get another Sprite going through the window then when I opened my bag in a parking lot I had to a very dried up fish sandwich. I can't go and inside becaue of leg and hip problems but I think I'm going to try this order online deliver curbside you don't have to wait. I can't eat beef but they used to have a chicken club th out this world. They had 2 last time I ordered and I asked the lady if there was one that was "Not" spicy, she assured me the one I was getting was not. Got home and was spitting fire after two bites . I put it down in the plate for the dog she wouldn't even eat it. I 💘 their breakfast though. Hopefully I can take my time and get different ones online and have them brought curbside hot...

Ordered a 20 piece McNugget, a large lemonade, 2 honey mustard and 1 sweet and sour dipping sauces using the mobile app and curbside pickup. What I got was a 20 piece McNugget, large fries, an orange drink, 3 hot mustard and 2 sweet and sour dipping sauces. Was told that they were out of lemonade but no offer to refund the drink price difference. I know some are thinking, you got a free large fries, yes but since I'm diabetic if I had eaten them my blood sugar would have skyrocketed bad enough just to be eating fast food, but sugars were dropping and no food in the house due to just moving into a new house from almost 1000 miles away and am by myself for a few days. The receipt shows what I ordered exactly but somehow that visual stimulation never made it to their brain. I think that even the franchise owner is illiterate. I pulled to the speaker to order I was asking the gentlemen a question and he started talking to the other person on the other side of me at the other speaker. So when he came back I told him that was rude and he just asked me what did I want so my wife and mother calm me down and I ordered for them. When I was done I drove up to the window and he still had a attitude I asked him to repeat the order and it was wrong so I had to repeat it again paid for it and went to the second window. They gave me half of my order and told me to pull around to the front and they would bring out my three fries and my frappe. But I had five fries a frappes and four dr peppers and on top of that the the two cheese burger meal that I got I added bacon to them and didn't get. We did not get a apology or nothing. I have been in customer service for over twenty some years and I would have never treated my customers that way. No one made them fill out those...
