Honestly worse service I ever had. This young woman of colour got our order wrong at the drive thru four times and we asked if she could do a frappe (since it was late) and she said yes so I ordered a frappe and when we got to the window we were handed a sprite and we said “excuse me, we asked for a frappe.” and she leaned into the window and said “look our frappe machine is down for cleaning so I gave you a sprite” and then forgot our nuggets and gave us a chicken mccrispy deluxe instead of a chicken bacon ranch deluxe mccrispy (as it was on my receipt) also charged us on our first ticket for two ranch we didn’t get or asked for. When we went back and my sister tried to correct her on her attitude as she was just extremely rude to us while we tried to be kind and understanding as I used to work at McDonald’s and my sister is a manager of 4 years toward us she just said “you want an application or leave” and then walked away and had a big burly kitchen guy at the window till we checked our food a second time to ensure it was correct and left. 10/10 don’t recommend them. Read moreMost of the time everything is good but tonight was a huge disappointment. I drive a truck and had driven hundreds of miles today. I was so looking forward to an ice cream Sundae and a large cool drink because it was a very hot day. I walked into McDonald's a couple of minutes after 9pm and a young girl came out from behind the counter and said I'm sorry but we closed at 9:00 this evening. Meanwhile cars were steadily going through the drive thru and obviously being served. So, I waked across the street to the gas station and got myself a soda and an ice cream there. I personally think they should have served me anyways being that they still had the door open. They should have locked the doors instead of telling me the disappointing news. Read moreNot sure who the manger was working the drive thru window this morning, but she was very rude when I asked for a water. She told me I would have to go all the way back around and wait, so I offered to pay for a bottled water since the machine she complained about having to get my water from was backed up with other orders. I asked her who the manager was and she said she was. I asked why she was having a bad day because she was so rude and she responded that she had a migraine. You guys should probably get her some Tylenol or aspirin and keep her away from the window to prevent bad customer service. If that was anybody else, they would’ve had a fit.
