I went in with my family right before 8pm on 1/5/23. The place was empty and chairs were up so I’m assuming it was close to closing time. We were the only ones in the store. “Jay” the shift lead was standing behind the register staring at us as we walked in with no greeting what so ever. Just a blank, unpleasant, and negative stare. Before my husband began verbally speaking his order “Jay” rolled his eyes in a way as if he was already really annoyed with us. Making it very obvious our business and presence were not welcomed. It made us feel very uncomfortable to the point I almost walked out. “Theo” the barista on the other hand was very nice and understanding of our frustration with the shift lead “Jay”. “Theo” was way more professional, kind, and respectful, than who was left in charge of the store. Starbucks you may want to reconsider the positions of your employees here. I understand we may have came right before close, but that is not a way to treat regular paying customers. They forget the espresso, the vanilla pumps, the Caramel and yes even the raw sugar.
I meqn come on, realy.
Today I watched them make the coffee and saw that they forgot the caramel. When I mentioned it the "barista" said they woukd put "more" caramel in but it would b3le an Extra charge.
That would be fine except they never put it in to begin with.
Oh and a "manager" is never available.
I frequent a starbucks on average of 2-3 times a day, Everyday. The location on Woodruff Rd, next to Great Harvest Bakery is amqlazing with great staff and great customer service.

Read moreThis is the third time I’ve visited this Starbucks location. Each time I have received unfriendly service. This third time was my final chance for this location. They made my drink incorrectly after explaining to them three times. If you do not understand how to make a drink that isn’t officially on the menu, then admit it and offer something similar instead of giving me garbage. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. They are incredibly unfriendly people, especially the short young girl with dark hair and the tall older man with glasses.
