Starbucks — Restaurant in Greenville

I really hate leaving a poor remark, but the staff here has been unfriendly on more than one occasion. As I was browsing the menu I told the lady behind me to go ahead. She ordered 4 drinks and the gentleman that took my order had to make them as well as they were short staffed. The other person behind counter was stocking. I would call her a lady but she did NOT act like one. After he made her drinks he took my order. She got back in line and proceeded to ask how much cups where and get price checks on several things while I patiently waited for them to even start making my drink. 10 minutes go by after I place my order and I polity asked the girl if she would make my drink bc I could no longer wait. She told me it was just the 2 of them and I needed to wait. Once she started making my drink she angrily slung a milk carton halfway down the counter! She placed my drink on counter finally and when I told her thank you she intentionally ignored me, so I repeated myself. RUDE. Sorry that you are overworked hun but stocking should not have taken priority over timely service or the manners you...

Overworked and understaffed crew on a Tuesday morning put an espresso shot in my green tea... completely ruined it and of course I don't get to even taste it till I'm on the road so no way to fix it and to top it off they won't awnser the phone... now I don't blame the person that took my order or even the barista that didn't bother to read my cup (was not marked for any shots) I Blame The Managment that I seriously doubt is paying the barista a living wage and understaffed a SB on a Tuesday Morning at 9 am!!!!!!

The line was long and no social distancing was enforced at all In A Hospital!!

So that's a HUGE Managment Fail x3 in my book and I will be calling later when its slower and Managment is actually there (way to hard to be there for the Morning shift while understaffed)

Btw what happened to the barista that takes your order being the same one to make your drinks? Is that not how SB used to work? When did...

This Starbucks is located at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Although this store is smaller than most, they serve the standard fare you find at most of their other stores. The baristas are nice, but could use a class on enthusiasm. This is really my only criticism of this Starbucks. Don't go there during the morning or lunchtime rushes. You'll have to wait a while to be served. Good coffee, good "food", long waits at times and slow service from "sleepy" baristas. All in all good...
