my experience has been a nightmare. I called on Wednesday April 13 to order a ham for Easter. The employee at Pleasantburg Drive, Greenville SC put me on hold and did not come back after 15 minutes of holding, I hung up and called back. Again I was placed on hold for 10 minutes . The employee said "its crazy in here we have no help, you must order on line." I asked if we could come to their location and pick one up. She told me no. So I put in their location and it directed me to Uber Eats. I placed my order on line, confirmed delivery day as Friday April 15 and Uber advised me the delivery to my home would be 12:00 to 1:00. I entered my credit card info and my order was $112.00. On Thursday April 14th I called the location to confirm they had my order. Employee informed me they were unable to confirm because they did not have any way of accessing Uber software. I asked employee if they had a record of my order. She replied she did not. I was once again advised to order on line. I told that I did that on Wednesday. Today, Friday 15th my Uber delivery driver called me from the store on Pleasantburg drive to say Honeybaked ham did not have an order for me. My husband is currently driving to the store to buy another ham. He will again pay $112 for a second time. I can only hope Uber returns my 1st $112 order to my account. If not I will have paid $224 for a 7 lb ham. Do not use this store location to do any business. They were not helpful, not knowledgeable, completely useless, and did offer any apology or help. Read moreHad lunch here two days ago. There was only two lady’s working up front. No one else to been seen most of the entire rush. After the major rush was over 4 employees came out of the back I was amazed! Everyone should be helping out when your busy! I had to wait over ten (10) minutes on a sandwich and the bacon was still raw, keep in mind I had already waited a while just to order. I have to give credit to Megan as she was working extremely hard while everyone else was MIA! Her professionallisim was better than the 2 managers I seen show up from the back with the other two employees after rush was almost over. I witnessed the GM and the Assistant manager DON bicker about dates on something. The GM isn’t very friendly with the customers. Video footage would prove this to corporate... It was crazy! The previous time I came here that was 3 days prior I had the choose two lunch special and my lettuce was brown. I think the employees that are working hard like Megan should get a raise and the lazy managers should be out! A manager and the rest of the team should never leave 2 people alone during rush. I also picked up a Ganache Chocolate Fudge Cake. It was frozen and only needed a 2 hour defrosting and it tasted so good. Needless to say there were no leftovers of the Ham Turkey or Chocolate Cake....
Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, (I pre-ordered my ham of course the day before by phone) the line was out the door, and it was like those amusement park lines back and forth until you get to the serving counter.
