I never ever had such a bad experience. The first thing that I asked for is a big paper box because I didn't want to have so many paper bags. The girl pretended not to hear me. She took a small paper bag and was about to start... She rolled her eyes a few times until the different costumer yelled at her to get a paper box for me and put everything inside. I felt kind of weird. Next, she put everything in a box rolling her eyes all the time. She said: " I don't think I am suppoused to do it... ". She said it twice. I don't know if she ignored me because of my accent. After she completed my order, she didn't pass any drinks to me. She was angry and I took everything from her. I waited for a few seconds because she started to count money from her register instead of giving me my receipt ( I pay by credit card).I didn't say anything to her. I didn't want donuts anymore. I ordered 2 hot chocolates, 2 croissants, 2 donuts, and 6 munchkins. I can't understand why she was so mad and kept frozen for a few seconds and rolled her eyes a few times. So...

I pre-ordered for a birthday party a day in advance specifically to be able to pick up at a certain time and not put pressure on the team to prepare a larger order as a walk in. Arrived at the pick up time I selected online to be told that my order is not ready and the donuts I selected are not going to be available. The manager told me that it’s not her fault and if I don’t want to wait for the hot chocolate or get the donuts they had in the case to just cancel my order. She could care less about the situation and blamed their system for it, which could have been possible, but her attitude was horrible and empathy for the situation I was in was non existent. She told me that if I wanted my order as confirmed online that I should have called the store. Then why do you have an app and let people pre-order and pay in advance with confirmation that order will be ready by a certain time?! She made me feel as if this was my fault. While I was placing my order, the woman behind the counter was sneezing without covering her mouth, directly over the food items. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing, she argued with me. I requested to speak to the manager, but when she arrived, her attitude suggested that I was in the wrong for raising my concerns.
It was clear that the staff member lacked basic customer service training and respect for health standards. This situation has left me truly upset, and I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for customers...
