DO NOT eat here. I'm not from Greenwood, so I don't have a support rod firmly planted in my rear about this place. Don't get me wrong either. I LOVE Asian food. Like Golden Wok in Van Buren or China Jade in Fort Smith. But, this place?
The food absolutely sucks. One thing about Asian food is sodium. You need salt.. Not at Lin's House.. the food is as bland as eating a piece of paper. Actually I think I'd rather eat the paper. I've ordered from this place 2 times now and they've forgotten components every time. Order sweet and sour chicken and they forget the sweet and sour sauce! How?!
The food is overpriced for what it is. And the food is not traditional food like you'd expect Asian food to be like.. My wife ordered Chow Mein or Lo Mein and the food comes out looking like a squid. It was slimier than a dog's spit that'd been running around in the mid summer sun all day, Their dumplings look like a child made them, literally just two overly thick wraps pressed together with a tiny ball of meat in the middle. Might as well be chewing 7 sticks of WRIGLEY'S Juicy Fruit™
The eggrolls are trash, the rice is damn near Construction yellow and tastes like a construction site. Even their fortune cookies taste horrid.... And they're pre-packaged somewhere else!
People keep reviewing about how nice the staff is and all.. that's a nice sentiment. But, I don't care if you're one solid prick. Just make the damn food taste good. I'm paying you $30+ to make my food good. Not give me a back massage.

Read moreWe came here, not sure what to expect. This was an old Sonic, and in 2002, the Lins House bought it and began their journey. I have seen it driving through Greenwood but never stopped. Boy, how I was missing out. This has got to be the best Chinese food restaurant in the Rover Valley area. We visited about 7 pm on a Sunday and expected half warm food. Wrong! The food was hot and fresh, and the place was alive with people buzzing, laughing, and enjoying their time. There was even a birthday dinner taking place. Our wait staff was good. She came by our table 3 times, taking empty plates and refilling the drinks. Now, let's get to the old Sonic comment I made earlier. You could not tell this was an old drive-through as they have remodeled and updated, inside and out, to a like-new beautiful and vibrant establishment. It's cozy, warm, inviting, and beautifully laid out with unity and conformity in design. It's super clean, luxurious, and rich in Chinese beauty showcased through art and design. I still can not believe how absolutely amazing this reaturant is. In fact, I don't intend on going to Fort Smith anymore for my Chinese cravings fix. The price for supper was about $17 each for a drink+buffet, so it's a little on the upper end of the dollar value, but..... it makes up for it with fresh hot food, a great atmosphere, good service, food selection, and variety, so the value is there. I will go back...
Read moreAbsolutely love this place! Have t done a review in a while on this wonderful place, so here it is.First off the restrooms are always clean and there is always parking with handicap able parking right by the front door. Everytime that my family and I have came to dine here it's been a 5 star experience. Always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. We've never had to wait to be seated and, the waitresses have always stayed on top of things and made sure that we were taken care of. Our cups are never empty. The food, my goodness they always have a variety of different kinds of chickens, pork, beef, soups, egg/spring rolls, fried biscuits, noodles fruits, and deserts. It's always hot and fresh! They even have ice cream which my kids love. Hands down the best Chinese food around here period. I actually took some pics this time so I hope that this review was helpful to all who are looking for a great place to dine by yourself, on a date or with your family. Thank you for your time...
