Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenwood

Absolutely unprofessional the way i was treated this evening. I Completley understand mess ups happen becuase as a teen I worked at many restaurants. I can say one thing this kid can not. I have NEVER been rude to a customer (even the irate customers or the customers who were obviously having a bad day) I was nice and calm the whole time becuase I don't see a point in taking out you problems on others. My spouse and kids came in and ordered. We had some issues with mess ups during ordering (I found out the guy was new so totally understandable that he made a couple mistakes but I must add NOT MY FAULT) he only gave me 3 cups when I ordered 4. He denied it and told me I only ordered 3. So my husband chimed in and said no we deiffinltey ordered 4. He said no I only have 3. So I said ok well just add another one then its fine. I get my receipt and the 4 cups. I have 5 drinks on the receipt. 3 people are in line so I try to get the managers (I'm assuming he was wearing a colorful shirt) attention (which by the way is exactly what I was told to do by either a manager or gm or someone months ago who was dressed super nice after I waited in line to get a taco they forgot (literally told me I'm so sorry next time don't wait and get anyone's attention that's wearing one of these shirts) anyways right off the bat he seems rude. I'm assuming becuase I didn't rewait in line and bothered him.Vert condescending he looks over and says are you talking to me?? I sais yes there was a mistske can I talk to you? He comes over and I explain to him how i was charged for too many drinks. He gave me my 2 dollars and was huffing the whole time like I just ruined his day by asking for help. Then when my food came it was all made very very poorly. He had made it as I was told later. Literally every single thing he put the sauce sour cream whatever at the end to where it was on the paper mainly and on the very edge of the tacos. I ignored it and cleaned it up the best i could for my kids. Then when I opened mine to put sauce on it Same thing for a over $6 burrito. Plus I paid for 2 extra toppings that I did not receive. At this point I feel pretty defeated but decide to go up and see if they could make it right so I could eat with my family. I go up there and ask him about it while holding my receipt. One topping was on there(not the extra but ok) but the other the new cashier had entered on the wrong thing (I said nacho cheese he put shredded cheese) I thought this would be no big deal but boy was I wrong. He immidetley got rude and defensive saying he made the food so it was made right. I told him I could bring him the food and also that part of it was rang up wrong. He said I made it how the prompt said so its right. But its not and how is it my fault that the cashier rang it up wrong? I then said I don't need it remade its fine I just wanted to see if you could give me a little container of the 2 toppings i paid extra for. He stormed off then started talking rudely about how I was wrong and he made it right to one of his coworkers. I was shocked and said sir I can hear you I dont think its very appropriate to be talking about a customer who is standing right here. He ignored me and kept talking about me (very rudely which I can't fit all of it here) I stood there and waited and waited. He made other people's food and refused to give me the 2 toppings I paid for. Then a lady in a grey shirt walked up. At this point I was pretty appauled by how it all went down and I was getting very irritated. So I tried to keep my calm becuase she was not the one who was rude to me. I told her what had happened and how rude he was. As I'm telling her exactly what happened the person who was too busy to get the stuff i paid for stopped working and came up behind her to cut me off repeatedly. Saying things like "HOW WAS I RUDE? I MADE IT RIGHT HOW WAS I RUDE? I WASNT RUDE!" (Um sir you're being rude and unprofessional right now but ok) but anyways she offered a remake but I lost my appetite. So in just asked for the money back. His name way Dillon!...

I would actually give it a negative 10 if I could, I did post this on my FB page as well. Do not go to the Taco Bell on Main Street, customer service is beyond poor, my husband stopped on his way home ordered 2 Mexican Pizzas and a number 2, the Mexican pizzas were horrid looking with almost nothing on top, I took them back and went into told the girl I wanted new ones made only to find out they are out of cheese which they knew and did not tell my husband but sold them to him anyway. I told the girl he should have been told that, she then says you want your money back...well YES!!! So I'm told to wait she walks over to the drive thru window to the manager on duty and tells her, instead of letting her take over at the drive thru she made me wait, okay, then she walks over and I told her that she needs to Inform customers that they are out of cheese and give them the option. You could tell I was annoying her because I was not a happy customer. She then says did you pay with a card, I said I font know my husband stopped on his way home, she's looking over the receipt and says I'll need the card he used, I said you mean I need to go all the way home and get his card and come back again to get my money back? With her little smirk she said yes, I said you have got to be kidding me, you knowingly was ripping customers off selling them a product that was not complete and didn't even tell them and I already had to come back once now you want me to go home and come back again? I said I'll get my money back cause I'll have corporate on the phone in the morning and I will tell them about you and then see if you still have s job, to my amusement she then replied "it's just Taco Bell honey" really if that's all you care about your job and the company you work for I can see why you had no problem ripping off your customers. I'm quite sure many other drive thru customers were never told about the no cheese either, she's taking the chance they won't drive it...

This is quite possibly the worst TBell I've ever been to. I do not eat any meat but chicken so I will often order crunchy shredded chicken tacos. The shredded chicken tacos are a good bit more expensive than the beef tacos; however, I cannot tell you the number of times there will only be a small pinch of chicken that fills about the inner 1 inch of the taco shell. So why am I paying more for (much) less?! On that topic I digress. With the exception of one male employee that I've encountered in the drive-thru they all seem to be discourteous, lazy, unconcerned, comatose employees. One time, about a few months ago, I visited this location and attempted to order in the drive-thru. I pulled up and was asked for my order to which I responded with my order. I heard nothing so tried to order again. Waited a few more seconds, still no answer. At this point frustration was setting in so something a long the lines of what the ** was said to my passenger. So we decided to pull up to the window. We then were greeted at the window by a dispirited, crotchety middle-aged woman who yelled at us and told us not to curse at them. Lady needs to learn to stop misdirecting her anger because sweetheart it wasn't at you it was at your laughable drive-thru equipment that performs worse than a speaker with paper cones that had been submerged in water since the 90s. I submitted a complaint to Taco Bell on their website and never heard back, but I didn't really expect to. If it's late night you might have a better chance trying McDonald's across the road or heck even the White Castle or Waffle House down the road. I do everything in my power to stay away from this location! The only reason for my 2 stars is for the ONE aforementioned male employee(if I ever find his name I will add it in here for he deserves to be recognized) for without him I would retract as many stars as possible.
