Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenwood

Had my daughter run by there while she was in town to grab us some supper. They gave her the receipt then asked for it back to check order and it still ended up wrong never giving receipt back. They left 3 things out and after she got home almost 30/40 mins away I called back and talked to manager and told them what happened and they said that they were the one that fixed the order so they knew it was correct and hung up on me. I called back again and the same manager admitted she hung up on me and I told her I would be calling home office about this and she refused to give me her name!! Was absolutely absurd!!!! DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL,...

This was absolutely the worst experience from taco bell that I ever had! First when we got there everything we tried to order they said they was out. After about 5 things we tried to order she finally informed us that they were about to close and was not cooking anything else. We go ahead and order our food. When we recieved our order we left and was going to wat while we was headed home. My kids tacos was old, and didn't have any lettuce tomatoes or anything just meat and cheese. Then they got my fiance's burrito wrong..THE WORST THING IS I WAS ALSO PICKING UP FOR MY GRANDMOTHER AND HER POWER BOWL WASN'T EVEN...

This place can't one single order correct... EVER. I've eaten there at least 10 times a year for 6 yrs and if the "system" isn't "down", They are out of what I order and attempt to force me to cancel rather than offer substitutes, give my order to someone else, give me the wrong sauce, no sauce, not enough sauce, the wrong drink, drink without syrup,no napkin, chips without cheese, cheese without chips, no sour cream becomes all sour cream ONLY, crushed shells, No beans extra beef becomes no meat double beans. ... NEVER have they EVER gotten it right. But I love my Taco...
