Puerto Vallarta — Restaurant in Greenwood

Customer service has gotten really bad. After eating here for over ten years we are done. Went there on a Tuesday night and had to wait outside which was no big deal. They gave us a number and told us they would come out and let us know when they had a table available. After 45 minutes and seeing several parties leave and a couple parties go in and not come back out to wait like we had been told to, I went in to find out how much longer we’d have to wait. What I see is three servers standing along the back wall with their arms folded doing nothing and two servers (one I believe is the assistant manager) standing at the bar on either side of a female patron seated at the bar. They were talking and laughing. I was finally able to get their attention and show them the numbered ticket they gave us when we arrived and they suddenly realized they completely forgot about us. Then after all that they refused to seat us because we had a newborn. So we left and went to Lindo Mexico where we were seated immediately without issue. Lindo Mexico had great food and much better service. We are done...

We have gone to this restaurant for 10 plus years and we will never be going again. We have been to countless restaurants and sat with six people and a baby due to us being in the same family. Mind you this was also during the 6 person per table restriction that we have sat like this. We arrived and they forgot we were there waiting leaving us outside for close to an hour on a Tuesday night. There rule to not sit us is inconsistent with other photos of groups over 6 at their restaurant and previous times we have eaten here under the 6 person limit. A lot of the staff know we are repeat customers and still treated us with terrible costumer service exp: no apologies for literally forgetting us outside, and talking to us saying things like “ I don’t care” ect. They then tried to tell us that my sister and her baby could go sit somewhere else away from the family. First off the waiter brings out a few chips in a basket and a bowl of salsa with barely any salsa in it. That’s fine, I order some queso so they bring more chips. I order chicken nachos specifically with no onion no sour cream. We have a conversation about it. I wait 10minutes then he brings the nachos out with onions and sour cream. I explain once again the sour cream jacks up my stomach. He says yeah the nachos you ordered comes with sour cream. I said you can’t have them hold the sour cream. He comes back out in 2 minutes with the same dish with the sour cream mixed in with the cheese. Easy to see. I pointed it out to him, he said yeah sometimes the cheese looks like that. I paid for my entire meal and left the untouched nachos on the table. Terrible service. Highly recommend skipping this place. Atmosphere is terrible too. I overheard a few other tables begging for...
