For my money, the BEST PIZZA in the Upstate of SC is Anthony’s NY Pizzeria in Greer!! It is absolutely incredible!! And their Garlic Knots with Tomato Sauce are awesome!! The owners, the family, and everyone at Anthony's are wonderful people!! They're from New York and they're just some of the nicest people you'll ever meet!! This pizzeria is a local, family-owned, independent restaurant that absolutely deserves to be supported! I got this phenomenal "Anthony's Special" pizza and these mouthwatering Garlic Knots on a recent visit. This pizza is the BEST pizza I've had the pleasure of eating in years!! Everything about it was awesome!! This is the kind of pizza I've been longing for!! The Garlic Knots at Anthony's are amazing!! An order comes with 5 of these delicious beauties and it comes with fresh made, simply fresh tasting tomato sauce! Anthony's NY Pizzeria is my GO-TO place for the best pizza!! I strongly encourage you to take a visit to Anthony's and get yourself some of their absolutely delicious pizza, calzones, strombolis, garlic knots, and more!! This gem is located at 1300 SC-14, Greer, SC. They are open every day of the week from 11am-9pm! They offer dine-in, pick-up, and delivery through your favorite delivery services!! Go get you some awesome pizza!!

As Close as It Gets to a NJ Slice! Having recently moved back here from New Jersey, I’ve been on the hunt for a pizza that matches the taste and style of home. While it’s not quite perfect, this spot comes pretty darn close! The crust is fantastic, with just the right chew/crunch and flavor. Each bite brought back memories of Jersey pies. It was a bit greasier than usual and I suspect they’re using a baking screen/machine to cook it based on the crust’s texture. One small letdown was that the lunch specials didn’t include pizza, which felt like a missed opportunity. Also, the parmesan in the shaker wasn’t as fresh as it could’ve been or something was off. The atmosphere, however, nailed the classic NJ pizza shop vibe, but with a twist: everyone was genuinely friendly! The owners clearly care about their place and their customers, and the kid-friendly touches were much appreciated. The booths were clean and comfortable, and they even offered to change the TV channel for us + brought out some garlic knots while we waited. Very nice people! Next time I’m in Greer, I’ll definitely swing by for another slice—or maybe try a sub with a lunch special. It’s not quite NJ, but it’s as close as it gets around here. I’ll be back!

This is a small place with a big heart! We went down to try Anthony’s because we heard the pizza was great through word of mouth. This pizza was totally worth the hour drive. Upon entering, you’ll order at the counter and seat yourself while you wait. They have coloring books and Pac-Man, as well as TVs with sports/news on. You can order by the slice or an entire pizza. The Grandma pizza is wonderfully melty, very well balanced with sauce and cheese ratio, and the crust is crisped to perfection. My family also ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The crust on the pizza is foldable but still has that crunch, the cheese pulls are unmatched, and the sauce is absolutely spot on. The service was fast and friendly, and the owner even came out to ask how we were enjoying our pizza. You can tell he makes pizza because that’s what he enjoys doing. We can’t wait to go back!

My family and I tried Anthony’s for the first time tonight after hearing great things. They were extremely busy, which is a good sign!! We ordered cheese sticks and garlic notes in house and chicken parm/pizza Togo. It took 45 minutes and we got all of our food together. That is not even a problem for how good the food is.

Services was fine but communication about the timing could be better. I see it looks like yall have only been open 3 months so I’m sure that will be improved over time as the team gets more experience!

If I could add a suggestion to ownership it would be to limit your menu to the items that yall do so well. As a Chef I understand wanting to offer more but at the same time you might not be able to execute your fabulous pizza and garlic knots in a timely manner if you are worried about selling fries and other items that you might not be know for. I did not get the fries so maybe I don’t know.

Either way we will definitely be ordering again it will just be take out.

Keep up the great work because it...
