Starbucks — Restaurant in Greer

Today was one of the worst experiences I have had at this location. The male worker tin a tropical like shirt tried to hand me my iced coffee (which is normally a brownish color )and it was entirely black except for the cold foam on top, so it was clearly made incorrectly. He attempted to remake it and handed me iced coffee that looked like he poured an excessive amount of cream in it, so it went from one extreme to the other When I made a statement about it, he seemed offended and had a rude expression on his face. I have had some issues with inconsistencies but I know that we are all different and make things a little bit differently so I normally don’t say anything, but today I decided to make a review because of how I was treated, and it was very clear that the order was made wrong. I only stop at this location because it is convenient on my way to work, but I may have to figure out a different location to come to.

stopped at this Starbucks while I was driving from NC to visit a friend, and it was honestly one of the worst coffee shop experiences I’ve ever had. Walked in and nobody said a word — not even a “hey” or “we’ll be right with you.” Just folks behind the counter cussing loud like they was at home, not at work. The girl who took my order (think her name was Abby) had this heavy brow and blank stare, real cavewoman vibes — like she just learned what fire was yesterday. I felt so uncomfortable in this location this morning! 8/31/24 . White girl with blonde messy hair was so rude. I came in with a great attitude and she ruined my morning. I was so nice to them very polite and I get rudeness back. I have another co worker who knew exactly who I was talking about when I told her about the situation .
