As a former customer service industry worker, I am utterly shocked at the service this establishment provided tonight. I repeat, TONIGHT. (I've lived in Gresham over 3 years and the usual worker here is an amazing sweetheart.) Tonight however, I was accosted by not one, but two rude, immature, improperly trained & entitled children. I ordered a large guacamole bacon burger meal with a strawberry lemonade & was informed the strawberry lemonade is only offered as a small. I said that was fine & ordered the burger, fries & drinks separately (as 3 small strawberry lemonades & requested a large cup of ice) Despite it costing me more, I didn't mind, I just wanted more lemonade (because that drink is 🔥😂🙌🏼). I paid for my ticket (including $10 worth of lemonades) & the drive thru attendant went to hand me 3 medium cups of ice, to which I said "oh I'm sorry I just wanted one large cup of ice." She said "then that'll be $3.99.” 🤯 I. Was. Speechless. After a moment of silence, to collect myself & regain my composure, I looked at her & said "so, I can get 3 medium ice cups for free, but one large ice cup is going to cost me $4?" To which she said, "if you want to be difficult & work the system, yes." She turned around & slammed the window in my face. She came back 5 minutes later. Handed me my food & said " so you want the mediums or are you paying for the large?" I said I'd take the medium, asked for a drink carrier, a lid & straws. After she handed me the requested items I asked for her name to file a complaint with corporate- to which she slammed the window in my face & walked away again. Another employee walked up & asked what I needed & I said the rude employees name, so I could file a complaint with corporate & she said "she's a minor, I can't give that out." So I asked for her name. She said no. So I asked for the Manager's name. She still said no. Then she laughed. & Closed the window. Then they both stood there laughing. So, I pulled out my phone & took a photo. Here's to hoping corporate sees this & does something to train people like this (& maybe makes large strawberry lemonades available). I can't believe the pickle rule has fallen so far from view in the industry that a cup of ice is now a point of contention to a paying customer willing to pay $10 for 3 small cups of drink. Do better Carl's Jr. Do better.

With so many people in the world with electric scooters that don't hav the capacity to allow those who are disabled to complete their errands . . . Carl's Jr.s had been there for us (my sister) to recharge enough to get back home! Shame on Social Security to treat or elderly so poorly when it comes to legs . . ambulatory needs! Just give u anythg to get by and how embarrassing it is for those who scooters just stop! Her scooter was on charge and full when left and less than 2 bars when we arrive! Thanks Carl's Jr for assisting my Sister 2 days ago and anytime she comes in with her low to no battery charge! We did enjoy our day together! Her chair didnt even go up the ramp to get on the buses . . driver had to push it onto bus . . Thank you Driver!

While I have yet to be disappointed with my food here, I feel like I should share this event that happened on Tuesday, July 10th 2018, 10:14pm. Two men parked in the parking lot and walked into the drive through line, ordered, then held up the entire line to the point of there being about 5-6 cars backed up by the time they got to the window, some of which sped off to somewhere else. Instead of being told to go away due to safety reasons, they actually got away with what they were doing, then walked back to their car and left. I am glad I got my food before they got there, because as ridiculous as it was to witness, I can only imagine how it felt to be stuck behind them.

It's pretty hit or miss on the service here. Some employees are efficient and great at their job, others make it unpleasantly obvious that they hate their job, the customers, and don't want to be there. The food is usually great, but I don't like the imitation cheese they use. It's gross. Also, it frustrates me that some employees allow walk through customers at the drive thru when the restaurant is closed, some don't. It's discriminatory towards people who can't afford to drive, and because it's not consistent it makes me wonder why they let others do it, then not me....every once In while they do. Which is frustrating, but probably for the best.....considering I encountered a hungry coyote in their parking lot last week (that was not scared off by loud noises, just hungry) and the last time I went they had a huge puddle of blood in the parking lot from someone who was shot in broad daylight. They should have hosed that down the drain or something. They are kinda expensive and the app is too difficult to navigate (and use the coupons) . When I showed the employee the app and coupon I was trying to use, she just shrugged.....wouldn't help me figure out how to use it, or attach it to my order from the register. Which is lame! And poor customer service. Try McDonald's.....they are cheaper and more consistent, have a Playland...

So I have not had good experiences at this location , I actually had very bad experiences , the first time I ordered the Santa Fe chicken sandwich meal at around 3 am when I got off work , when I got home and started eating ,the chicken was really undercooked almost raw , so I went back and told them and the cashier tried to charge me for a different meal . The second time I ordered the same meal but made sure I told them to make sure the chicken was properly cooked because last time it was raw , when I got home again the chicken was undercooked , I was tired after a long 12 hour shift at work and I didn't bother to go back , I did try calling but it sounded like a fax machine picked up , now I won't even order the chicken anymore because I'm afraid of having the same experience . The last time I ordered the bacon western cheese burger and the special says buy one get one for a dollar , when I pulled up to the window she charged me full price for both burgers and when I told her about the special she said ,well you need to tell me you want the special , when ever I go to different fast food places they will tell you the specials so maybe your staff needs better training , I'm not asking for Free food I just want my food to...
