Starbucks — Restaurant in Gresham

I am so irritated. Every time I have ever come to this location I have had my order messed up. Don’t get me wrong the barista’s are extremely nice, but my order has never once been correct. It’s a simple order, a iced skinny caramel macchiato with little to no caramel. Every time I order that, they fail (miserably) to give me the correct order. The amount of caramel that they put in to my drink is repulsive. If I drink it it makes me sick and have an upset stomach all day long. The drink is delicious with little to no caramel, and that’s what I pay for. But instead I get a terrible drink. I pay for them to make my drink, and they have failed to follow the instruction for my drink. When I get handed my drink and see a fourth of the cup filled with caramel it makes me so mad. I will have payed 5 dollars for something that I am going to throw away. Only a few times have I been in such a need for caffeine that I have pulled around and asked them to remake it. ( I HATE being that costumer, but I am a college student and when I splurge on coffee I really want it or be drinkable). I would really like for the person taking the orders to commutation to the baristas the drink and the special instructions or requests for the drinks. I have wasted so much money here trying to get a quality drink and for now I am done because this is just annoying. I am paying you to make me a drink. Around 2:30pm 8/25 My coworker and i walked tot this locetion only to find a sign that said “due to staffing shorteges we can only serve drive thru” There was no one in the drive through so we signed with our hands to ask if we could walk through the drive through. An african American gentleman man quickly opened the walk up window and yelled “if you guys are so hard pressed for coffee then so and so’s coffee place is right down the street!” Was extremely rude, and that was the first words he said to us without being polite or saying hello at all. He was so angry. We were literally the only customers there and instead of helping us he yelled at us and shewed us off. Not the usual as we come here all the time. Never seen this guy or been treated like that before. Smh we walked a mile to a different coffee shop being he refused to help us or...

The staff is always super friendly, but despite thoroughly explaining, they never get my coffee order right. I always order a 16oz shot in the dark, in a Venti cup. I request 3 raw sugars and filled with cream. They usually don't stir the sugars, fill it with coffee and a splash of creme because they must think I am trying to get more coffee for my buck. I am not. Today, they left put the sugar and creme in, but only 16oz. All that space between the 16oz and Venti, nothing but air. That's too little coffee, too much sugar and not enough cream. I wish they would listen. 16oz of coffee, 3 raw sugars stirred in to melt the sugar and then fill the difference to the rim with cream.
