The worst experience at a fast food chain. The manager was pleasant to deal with, but even then lied about an employees name when asked and made us feel that we were lying about our situation. We went to purchase 3 meals we waited in line and were respectful when ordering. The girl on the intercom who is named Karen already had an attitude while ordering. We did ask to change a meal to a combo in which she replied very sarcastically “okay let me start this entire order over again” we ignored this rude comment and finished placing the order. After pulling up the window the same girl Karen was taking our payment, we presented a QR code from the Popeyes app which we had enough points for a free 2 piece combo. After Karen scans the app she asks for payment and we asked if the price had adjusted with the 2 piece being free and she stated “no it’s still the same price” I looked at my account and 900 points had been taken off like it was used. She did not care and was not going to do anything about it unless we argued and made a point. She brought out a man who said let’s take care of it, the man then looks at my account on my phone and on his side and said “even though it’s not showing, you did not earn any points from this transaction which means that we used the points.” He then does something on his end and said the points might go back in the account or they might be used which only proves that we in fact used points for this. Getting food should not be this difficult or be a hassle for the employee or the customer. I would recommend Karen not be front of line at any job if she thinks it’s okay to treat people like she did. Even while leaving she was talking to the man who helped us saying “I didn’t do anything” exactly, Karen did nothing besides be rude and stand back with an attitude being very immature. Will not be returning which I’m sure will make them happy but with Karen’s attitude and the environment the location might not be running for much longer. Also after finally getting our food. I couldn't make it that time because I had an appointment and I live on the other side of town so I went in today and I had 3 pieces out of the 4 I even brought the soda back the only thing that was missing was the side item and the Biscuit I should have kept half the bisquit. considering I had to come back and use My lunch for my lunch You would think he would give me the whole order. they asked me to bring the food back which I did it didn't have the side item or the biscuit he had an attitude about it And I told him his customer service sucked And that I was going to report him because technically none of these fast food restaurants supposed to bring in the food back into the store he wanted it back I will never go to this Popeyes ever again it is the worst experience I've ever had honestly in my whole entire life. Read moreThree times now when picking up my own food to go after ordering through the app they've forgotten multiple food items. I wanted to trust them and didn't check the first time. We ordered three meals and only got two. Second time we ordered three meals again but my husband forgot to check and we were missing one sandwich. Third time today we checked our food was right on the counter before leaving. The lady helping us looked bothered.. So I said yeah sorry we've missed items twice now she looked annoyed and said nothing. We then noticed the fries were missing, the lady looked annoyed again grabbed the bag and read the receipt. She said nothing again turned around and threw fries in the bag... So I said in the future if we miss something what should we do? Giving her opportunity to say how we should have asked to not frustrate her. She said nothing again. So I said ok well should I call? She said yeah. Then pushed our bag over we said have a goodnight she said nothing. I totally know employees have bad days too that we are human. However if this employee is in such a mental health challenged she can't even speak she should really not be helping customers today. Give her a break or have her catch up on something in back. Helping the public is exhausting these days so even though this review is a reflection of a bad experience I recognize the true problem here is management. Where was this Ladies manger to support her? A employee should never be so burnt out they can't speak. Also a reflection of management for our lack of consistantly getting what we ordered... Guessing your managers may need a break too.. We used to love this location sad to see how burnt out...
