The young man taking orders was so polite and took the time to explain some of the memu items. We ended up getting the beef birria tacos with consume and the meat was so tender and full of flavor. One of Gresham’s true gems. How there isn’t always a line up to this place is a mystery to me. If you’ve never been, you must order at least a panucho and salbute, and build from there.
