Joy Teriyaki — Restaurant in Gresham

My experience here was absolutely horrible!!😡 I eat at joy teriyaki all the time, but I usually go to the locations on 181st & Halsey or glisan or on 82nd & foster and they always have great service and great food so I thought going to this location on my way home it would be good also but to my surprise it wasn't!! I ordered the chicken yakisoba with fried rice and when I got home and got ready to eat I opened it up and it looked like it had some kind of red spicy sauce on it and barley had any chicken or vegetables and I had one small scoop of fried rice that I paid extra for but I tried it anyways to see how it taste and it had my mouth on fire and I don't do spicy so when I called back to the restaurant and told them and ask then can I just get a new order tomorrow on my way home and they told me no I have to come back in today to get a new order which is madness so I was so mad that they would give me terrible food and service and would make me come all the way back the same day just to show them their mistakes so I just told them to give me my money back which they did but shorted me money telling me they don't know it the computer😳 I will never go back to this location or send anyone there!! They should not be a joy teriyaki cuz they don't represent the name...

The food is good, but the customer service is AWFUL! Some of the worst I have encountered in YEARS. I called in an order for noodles, teriyaki chicken and veggies. My order was wrong. Instead of helping me fix it. The cashier argued with me that I ordered wrong over and over. I told him to simply help me fix the order. It took 10 min of arguing before he came up with a half baked solution to fix it. I won't go back unless the managers can show some level of customer service to fix it. I ordered a shrimp and veggies plate, asked for brown rice. Got home, saw it had 4 tiny little shrimp and it was all mostly veggies... and I got white rice. So I decided to return it. Decided I didn't want it. The guy behind the counter asked me "you order this?" And I said "I know what I ordered, but it wasn't what I expected" and he grabs my order ticket from a basket "this your order?" And I said "yes I want to get my money back" he then proceeded to ask me "why" several time and questioned my reasons why I didn't like the veggie plate... so I let him have my 11.99 and said forget it. I'll never go back here and I'll never recommend this...
