McDonald's — Restaurant in Gresham

This was my last visit to this McDonald's. They are incapable of getting the food and the order correct. I ordered the Steak Bagel and couldn't even take a single bite out of it since there was an extraordinary amount of breakfast sauce on it to where it wasn't really pleasant to eat, it was running out all over the place and the outside of the sandwich was so slippery with massive amounts of sauce that It wasn't possible to hold it without it slipping away. I returned the next morning (9/23/25) and when I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a snarling and angry looking shift manager who was glaring at me angrily. I approached the counter and spoke with a young man with a crew training badge of some sort. I informed him of their mistake of putting entirely too much sauce on the sandwich and his response was, "so you don't want sauce this time?" Clearly he couldn't understand that a mistake was made on their part and made no attempt whatsoever to make it right. If you are the owner of this restaurant and are reading this than you should be taking care of your business. Your employees have run your business into the ground with sub-par food, incorrect orders, extremely long wait times and most importantly their attitude towards paying customers. I have been eating at your restaurant for almost a decade and now I'm just completely disgusted with handing over my hard earned money and getting poor food and then getting insulted by your staff when I ask to have it corrected. Also I respectfully ask that you not respond by insulting me with a link to the McDonald's website that doesn't work and using the excuse that it's the only way to get something done. Shame...

It's really not a surprise to see all the bad reviews about this place. I'd give less stars if I could. Not only today but several other occasions I have been met with disappointment from the staff and the lack of service this place offers. I've never once came here and my order was right. Today I went through the drive thru ordered food( the girl who took my order shoot out to you!!! You were very nice!! Must be a new one :) anyways I went to the window to pay and the boy at the window took my card and the only thing he said to me the whole time was asked if i wanted a receipt. When I said no he gave me my card and shut the window. That was it. Stunned, as I proceeded to the next window, I was met with another young one who once again never said a word. Handed me my food and shut the window. That was it. I pulled around to the front and park to check food ( order is never right here so I always check) Again, messed up order. I go inside to get my burger plain (like I asked for), hot fries not cold ones and for the apple slices i asked for. This girl comes to help and she apparently went to some higher up and told her what was happening and she comes over. I told this lady what was happening she proceeds to tell me the apples slices were replaced with the extra fry (even though I asked for these on the side)... by this time I was aggravated and told the lady to just give me the food I asked for and she comes back with money in hand and said here's your money. Never once did i ask for a refund just the freakin' food I ordered. This is only one occasion of many. Someone needs to get this place in shape.Ya'll look like a...

I have lived over here for over 7 years and have came to this McDonalds the whole time. Every single time I come in here me and my girlfriend get the same order. And I know that for a fact, because we only like one Specific order since we were kids, 2 Cheeseburger meal with no mustard no pickles extra onion. With a sprite and 6 peice nuggets. And every single time it is not made correctly. They are just lazy and honestly plain out rude and disrespectful. She started out having a complete attitude towards me about who knows what, then continued to be rude and repeatedly say the exact thing I said with a snarky attitude back to me. (Example I asked to use my app for a free coffee and she said “mmm one free coffee with your app” with an attitude in her voice and on her face. Then I get my food and it’s, again, wrong, and then I look at the receipt and she put “ No mustard no pickle extra ketchup” After asking me if all the burgers are the same. If all 4 burgers are the exact same thing, just ketchup and onions, why would you make 2 burgers with everything on it??? It makes no sense. And the burgers Still have mustard and pickles so she wasn’t even listening to me and they weren’t listening to her. It’s just a whole bunch of bull donkey in my opinion.
