I had placed an order online for my son's birthday party on 2/3/24 at 2:29pm. I ordered 3 large pizza, did the scheduled pickup for 3:15pm. I was running late, got to the store at 3:36pm. Emma was the one to help me, and I paid for my order, she went to "online order wall" and didn't see my order and said "I think we're still working on it." Which would have been fine, but I ended up finding part of my order on the walk in shelves at 3:45pm. When I told Emma that I was missing one of my large pizzas she told me "oh well we must still be working on it" and then proceed to make other orders. I asked her why part of my order was made, and why it wasn't made all together. Emma VERY rudely told me "we have other orders to make" while giving me a nasty rude smirk. I told her it made zero sense why 2 of the 3 pizzas were made, before they started working on other orders. Emma, again, very rudely told me "because there are other pizzas to be made." I told Emma, I placed a scheduled pickup order for a reason, and she tried to tell me the app says that it notifies the customer that it may not be ready at scheduled time, which is a lie, the app has no such "warning" when placing the order. Nonetheless, when placing an order at 2:29pm, for a 3:15pm pickup, and myself arriving 16 minutes late at 3:36pm, just to be told by a staff member (Emma) that they basically make half of people's orders and then proceed on to other orders, and then get upset with the customer because they placed a scheduled order for a reason, and make it seem like it's the customers fault, they messed up. Even after I pointed out that I was missing a pizza, Emma proceeded on with other people's orders that were walk-in orders, after I arrived, and then they gave me someone else's pizza off of the walk-in rack, because they didn't want to make a fresh pizza. The manager was on the line and disrespecting half the people coming in, and would openly mock them with her coworkers after they left, despite the customers in the lobby being able to hear everything. She refused to fix orders that werent made to the customer's satisfaction. and mocked a foreigner as if he was too difficult to understand, even though he kept literally spelling everything out. I had to wait until every single other person was gone, whether they were before or after me, for them to finally address me and my pizza that I was waiting on, which was ready the entire time but misplaced.
