I ordered a six piece nugget and fries with barbecue sauce. The girl at the window slung the bag at me which I over looked because I was tired. I checked the bag for the barbecue sauce and there was none. I asked the girl for the sauce and she said there is definitely sauce in the bag. I said no there isn’t . She said again there is definitely sauce in the bag. I took everything out of the bag in front of her then turned the bag upside down to show her there was none. She started laughing and said we definitely put sauce in the bag. Then holds a sauce up and says .35 cents. I told her I wasn’t paying for sauce when it comes with my food. She said again .35 cents. I reached the bag back to her and said just give me a refund. She again started laughing and talking to someone in there saying she want a refund behind sauce. Then she says oh she have to go around then tells me I have to go back around and get in line for a refund. I told her I wasn’t moving until I got my refund and that if she didn’t I guess nobody was getting food then I told her to call her manager. Whoever the person was that came to the window was the manager or in my opinion pretended to be the manager. I told her what happened and the reason I wanted a refund. She said ok she shouldn’t have said or done that and that she should have given me the sauce. She said she would get my refund. Both of them disappeared. When the “manager” came back she reached me my money and the bag in the same hand and said here’s your refund and the food and that he girl is paying for my lunch. Meanwhile I’m watching the girl standing behind her laughing at the same time. I took it because I knew they had did something to the food. I opened the bag and there was hair and dirt in the fries. I didn’t open the nuggets. I was going to let it go but that pissed me off even though I had no intention on eating it but to know that they did something so dirty is disturbing. I went to the other McDonald’s down the street and spoke to a manager and told her what happened. She said that is there store but I would have to do the survey and someone would call me because there is no number to call. She did not give me a receipt so I can’t do the survey. I have been calling the location during the day to speak to a day manager and they do not answer. I won’t stop until I speak to someone in upper management. This is why I stopped eating at McDonald’s for years. I just tried to start again...
Read moreNo star service, no star atmosphere, no star food. The food is always stale and old. The meat for the burgers is ALWAYS at least 4 hours old because they cook 40 patties per tray not 6. The employees and management are rude as hell. They scream at customers don't make the food right get mad when they have to take an order or make one. Ms Kat the restaurant manager has them cross contaminating EVERYTHING, disgusting. The fish touches the beef and chicken. The bacon is often cooked in the nugget or fish vat. Because Ms Kat says it's more cost efficient to let people cross contaminate than train them right. My girlfriend came as a customer while I was working and got chewed out and cussed out because she asked for a remake because they couldn't even get the order right. Something must be done don't waste your time or money or your day. I promise you you WILL be disappointed. And the company doesn't care they like that Ms Kat does this. It's been brought to their attention and their response was she saves us money so we don't care what she does. Read moreI went through the drive-thru today between 1:00-1:40pm. I ordered two burgers, one regular and one with no pickle no onion. When I got the food they were both made incorrectly. I come back through and politely let them know that I needed a remake and explained that there was a ton of onion on the no onion burger. The manager, Mrs. Kat, comes over with my receipt, "How'd we make it wrong? It's one normal and one no pickle no onion." I told her, "Yes, the normal one is missing pickle and the no pickle no onion has a ton of onion." She starts getting attitude with me saying, "How'd it got a ton of onion on it if it's no pickle no onion?!" I told her that whoever made it put 2 layers of onion on it and she starts yelling at me to pull up.
