From the moment I walked into Beyond Juicery, I felt like I’d stepped into a wellness oasis. The vibe is fresh, clean, and full of positive energy. Every single item on the menu bursts with flavor and intention — you can tell they truly care about quality ingredients and nourishing the body.

I ordered the Detox Green Smoothie and the Southwest Chicken Wrap, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The smoothie was perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just vibrant and refreshing — and the wrap was fresh, filling, and packed with flavor. I also tried a wellness shot (Whew! Spicy and powerful!), and it gave me the boost I didn’t know I needed.

So obv we all know that the food and drinks here are of high quality and it’s all delicious - however their customer service is ALSO incredible. I placed an order through their app, which I was told ends up going through doordash. After waiting for over an hour for my lunch to be delivered, I called to see what was going on. They said they were still waiting on a doordash person to come pick it up and they thanked me for my patience. Then about 10 minutes later they called back saying that I shouldn’t have been able to place the order as I was out of their delivery zone but my order somehow went through. Not only did they completely refund the order, they made it fresh and the store manager hand delivered it to my work. It’s one thing to have great food, but to be that on top of your customer service is huge. I was hangry and they really went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even though it wasn’t really the fault...

Selecting 1 star truly only because it's required. I have been to this location a few times and had relatively average experiences. However, today my experience was extremely frustrating to say the least. I arrived at the store pumped up and excited for a smoothie at 5:50, to discover that the store had decided to close early. I knocked on the door and waived to people inside to have employees look at me and then continue talking to each other as if I was invisible. I witnessed 4 other customers come up to the door shortly after me to suffer the same fate. I left disappointed and feeling disrespected.
