Father’s Day Night. They were offering a BOGO special for dads. My kids love this place, so I agreed let’s get carry out. Tried ordering on app, tried checking out but it was 7:01 and come to find out app shuts down at 7:00 pm. So that was time wasted trying to get an order through. Called store to see if open because app now says they are closed. Girl was nice and explained app shuts down, she could take order over phone. I gave her the order, she repeated the order and gave me the total. Price was high, so I asked about the BOGO they advertised online. She said “oh ya!” And gave me my new total. I show up at store they were just finishing order and she went to ring me up, but total was back to normal and no BOGo special was added. So I asked again about the deal they were advertising for the Fathers Day, the manager walked over and made a rude comment under her breath and and still didn’t know what was happening. Gave me the discount again and I left. Drove home to find out both order of Greek fries were missing. I called back and she didn’t understand how this could ever happen but invited me to drive back up there and she would also include a free drink. I got back home again and finally started to eat my dinner with my kids for Fathers Day and my sons order is wrong. He cannot eat due to food allergies. So I call up to store and tell them the food is wrong and my son cannot eat it. Can I come up and get another bowl and have them make the correct order? The girl tells me I cannot believe all this stuff was wrong with the order. Basically calling me a liar. Then she tells me they close at 8 pm and they cannot make it over. Basically telling me my son has no dinner to eat. She will process a refund for the mistake. Leaving me to have to find another place at 8 pm on Sunday to get an order from and have to leave my house again to go pick it up. Zestia was not busy all the times I was there and they had 3-4 employees there standing around all the times I was there. Do better. Your job is basic and the concept you serve is so simple. Read moreThe food is still great but for some reason every time I order at night it’s NEVER ready at the time it says and the customer service is lacking. This happens frequently and the last two times the girl at the pick up counter seemed clueless when I went. Today she asked the name for pick up and when I tell her she looked back at the tickets and then proceeded to ask me if it was the bag at the pickup station. I pointed behind her and said no the ticket is up there as I could see my name. This time I remembered that I have to ask her about how much longer the wait will be because last time she just walked away from me. The food is still good but order your food well in advance because it likely won’t be ready at the given pick up time.

I literally could eat here everyday! Love how customizable it is even tho I get the same thing bcuz you can literally get all the toppings. And as a vegetarian I enjoy the wealth of options that don’t make me feel like I’m missing out or limited. Plus if you ask nicely for them to throw some fries on top they just might! (They have every time for me) I tell everyone I know about this place! The freshness is impeccable! They got me eating beets!!! It feels like a home cooked meal made with love.
Never eaten inside before but they have lots of space, good music and outside eating area when it’s nice out. Staff has been very kind the few times I’ve interacted with them.

Read moreI typically go in to place my order, today I decided to order from the website. I walked in and my order wasn’t ready, but no biggie. When it was ready, I went to check my order and noticed the chicken was not on my salad and the salad was covered in dressing. I asked the girl who was assisting me, where is the chicken and why wasn’t the dressing on the side. She proceeded to tell me I didn’t specifically request the dressing on the side (I have been in numerous times this has never been an issue) and the chicken was under the lettuce? I asked why would the chicken be under the lettuce? She proceeded to take the salad back from me and say just give her more chicken to the gentleman she was training. She handed it back to me and said “well at least the pita is fresh”. When I got home, there was no chicken under the lettuce and I think they gave me the worst piece of chicken that they had.
