Nearly $60 down the drain. I'm so disappointed. My husband and I were new customers tonight and I have to say we won't be going back. For dinner tonight we decided to order the Mozzarella sticks for an app, Boneless Hot wings, The 8oz Center Cut Sirloin with mushrooms and onions with sides of Corn/Mac and Cheese to share as well as Cheese Cake and Carrot Cake for Dessert. Going through the order the Carrot Cake was fine as well as the Mozzarella sticks but in my opinion not good enough for the price point. My husband said the Boneless hot wings were pretty ok. I don't know for sure because I personally don't like hot food but he eats wings multiple times a week so I trust his judgement. The steak and sides were the biggest disappointments this evening. We ordered the steak med-well but it was definitely overcooked. Not to the point where you couldn't eat it but enough to be annoying. That's not the worst part though. Not one hint of seasoning was put on this steak. Now I understand keeping things more neutral to accommodate all customers but when I say no seasoning I mean there wasn't even salt or pepper sprinkled on this thing. They literally took a raw piece of meat and put it on the grill. The Mac and Cheese tasted very generic. I don't see how there could be any real cheese in it judging by the consistency and the corn was sadly way overcooked, burnt orange and mushy. It is very rare that I say something about a meal out and even more rare that I write a review online but this was just ridcuridic. I finally gave up trying to eat this and am now very happy with my microwaved...

The Spot under the previous owner used to be our favorite date night location. The service was always good, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the food was excellent with a great variety of options.

We were unaware of the change of ownership when we went this previous weekend. We were surprised to see the updates to the space. I didn’t mind that so much, except that our table was extremely wobbly; so much so that, any time we touched it, our drinks spilled everywhere.

The service was excellent as ever, so I won’t put any fault there. They were out of the drink I wanted and instead of just coming over and asking me what I wanted instead, they brought me a different drink to try.

The menu, however, was lacking all of the signature dishes that made the Spot THE Spot. It’s a much smaller menu, and the new choices lack charm and variety.

I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich, which didn’t have any seasoning on the chicken at all. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites it was so unpleasant. My partner ordered the Teriyaki Pork, which was fine, but it had a mango salsa that was overly pickled.

Overall, we were pretty disappointed. Our favorite Spot is gone. I know others will probably enjoy it, and that’s fine, but we won’t be returning...

After waiting about 25 minutes our waitress comes to take our order. Not only were we completely unhappy with the lack of service, the large party next to us was trying to flag down waiters AND the table behind us has to physically get up to ask for more drinks and complained to the manager. I understand it’s a Sunday night but half the restaurant was empty. I also understand it was parade day but why, knowing the parade is up the street would they not have extra staff on hand. The waitress literally said to another complaining table “we didn’t plan ahead today”. We sat down at 6:20, ordered drinks and food at 6: 45 then finally got food at 7:30, finally leaving the restaurant around 8p.m. I feel bad for the two servers and one cook. Their management failed them and they should have prepared better, not lining them up for failure. Every table since we sat has complained. They did however apologize numerous times and took off my husband’s beer. We will more than likely not be...

What to say about this place. I mean, it's food. I ordered fries and got fries. I ordered the chocolate lava cake with ice cream, asked them to be separate, and I got it. That being said, nothing was particularly good. My fries tasted like frozen, cheap ones that they heated up. I could make better frozen ones in my air fryer at home. My friend had a chili dog and had a similar report about his food. His beer had a fruit fly on the top of it that wasn't noticed until almost done. I should have taken a photo of that for here too, but by that point, I was just done with this experience and wanted to go. The person who sat us, the person who took our order, the person who brought our food, and the person who brought our check were all different. No follow-up. So we couldn't even inform them of the fruit fly in the beer. Horrible service, gross conditions, lackluster food. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're just looking to get drunk for cheap.

This place is a great lunch spot. Food was good and presented neatly. Staff friendly and courteous. Lighting is adequate and noise level was not bad at the lunch time on a weekday. Parking is good. My only issue and it is mine personally was that this place at one time did calamari. Not sure when they stopped as I have not been here in about 24 years. This was the first place I ever tried calamari and it set the bar high. Sorry that it is no longer on the menu although better that than if it was but not as good. They still have a wide selections of appetisers and they all looked good but I went with the brussel sprouts as they are not served everywhere and Spot did an excellent job with them.

Anytime we've had problems with food quality, you guys accept responsibility and fix it. Prices are great and selection is very good. Only gripes are the tacky use of booze and food signage on and inside the building. Turn the new outdoor seating area into a permanent fixture and make it feel nice. No more temporary tents, tables, visual barriers and parking lot asphalt. Take it down to the dirt and put in some landscaping to separate the patrons from the noisy traffic. Then, you get 5-stars and people like me will visit you religiously. Update: the chicken bites are back and perfect. The new burrito bowl is OFF THE HOOK and we never go wrong with the flat-bread pizza. 5-stars.
