Dunkin' — Restaurant in Groton

This location was very clean (we went inside). We arrived in late morning for a doughnut fix & were happy to see there was still a decent selection. As always, the doughnuts were delicious. Service was a bit annoying though. There was a single person working & she was busy filling a drive through order when we walked in to an empty store. We were fine waiting, but she asked us to use the order kiosk if we were ordering to-go. So we did as told, which takes longer than ordering "in person". Annoying when only getting 2 doughnuts. By the time we were done at the kiosk, she was finished with the several drinks for her drive through & attended to us. She pulled the slip from our kiosk order & said, "Oh, only 2 doughnuts? Which would you like?" Now, I had just spent 2 minutes looking them up on the kiosk screen, & going through the added annoyance of the screen not responding to my touch, only to have her ASK which doughnuts I wanted. Isn't that on the slip? The server was very pleasant the whole time. My gripe is with the OVER-reliance on technology. Like I said at the beginning, it would have been quicker to order & pay "in person", cheaper for Dunkin' too, because they would not have had to pay a cc transaction fee - I pay cash for...

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been in. Lady behind the register talking on her cell phone with bf or whoever loud as hell when we walked in.. she tells us one min and continues talking on the phone walking to the back- still can hear her on the phone while another worker comes out to make orders for the pick up. This lady was moving like she had no purpose even though there were a few people in line including us. Everything took sooo long. Finally she gets our order of ONE coffee of caramel latte that tasted like milk! The rude lady on the phone finally comes out to help and a customer walks in and starts vaping. Meanwhile we are standing in there like what the hell kind of place is this 🤦🏼‍♀️ Didn’t bother complaining about the coffee because we would’ve been in there for another hr. *Management please watch your cameras and check on your business. Ordered a few bagels toasted with creme cheese.. I didn't realize I had to specify I wanted the creme cheese on the bagel. After a very long wait I got my bag went to my car hoping to enjoy one while I drive into work. There were packets of creme cheese in the bag not even on the bagel. The bagels were barely toasted not even warm. Never once in my life have I ordered bagels with creme cheese from a dunkin and had the employee just say screw it im not putting it on the bagel he can do it himself. That's absurd. I won't be going back to this location. Employees clearly hate their job too. They make you feel uncomfortable just for placing an order like you're asking too much from them. If I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel would that come separately too?...
