Pizzarama To-Go — Restaurant in Groton

I ordered a piece of cheesecake, small cheese pizza, and an order of fries for my 92 year old client and myself. I'm giving 2 stars and that's because the lady was nice that handed me my food. I've never had a pizza that I disliked as much as this. I love pizzarama in New London and thought this would be the same. The cheese was burnt (no cheese pull) the fries tasted like they were baked but then put in the microwave to heat them. I've never written a review like this but when my client takes 2 bites, refused to eat anymore, then asked for tomato soup I had to write something. Maybe they were having an off day but I probably won't chance it again. $35 wasted and I'll have cheesecake for dinner.

ETA: The cheesecake was also bad. It was far from being silky smooth. It seemed like it had gotten too warm at some point. I can't believe I paid $8 for that. I'm just so disappointed. They need...

Leaving a good review here because GrubHub did these people dirty! We placed an order online and then GrubHub told us the business was closed but the order was processing. So we cancelled it cause, who wouldn’t? They called and were understandably confused (as were we). We ended up picking up our food since it was done.

The website doesn't describe what is on items. I've ordered twice now, both times had issues. Meatball grinder doesn't say it comes with peppers and onions, the calzones don't specify that sauce is in them, even when I ordered "on the side".
