Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grove City

We ordered our food, and was told it would be delivered in 25-30 minutes. After an hour and half we were called and told our order was delivered to the wrong house. They told us that our order would be there in 15-20 minutes after that. After waiting for another half hour we called again, they did refund our order, and said it was 5 minutes away. 25 minutes later it showed up, when it was delivered the driver didn’t apologize all he said was that the gps took him somewhere else. Then once our order was finally delivered, we were delivered Italian sub with only cheese and jalapeños on it, and our pizza had no sauce on it and our food was cold. The guy on phone did terrible. We had to spend four extra minutes because he knows minimal english and kept asking if we wanted sausage and something else when we asked for marinara sauce. He also messed up with the card but repeated it back correctly. I’m pretty sure he was scamming us. This had never happened here before or with Slippery Rock Domino’s. SRD is better. Edit: About 12 minutes later the guy called back and asked if we wanted garlic sauce. We never said anything close to that except sauce. Edit 2: Food was good and delivery guy brought a bag with sauces in it for us.

I’m shocked anyone has negative ratings. We order online using the app from this one quite frequently. We have never had any issues. On two occasions for delivery, we were notified after delivery that they were sorry the delivery didn’t go as planned and put a free pizza on our account. We didn’t even see it as a problem! Trying to guarantee delivery times is difficult when you’ve got multiple orders coming in all the time. Staff has always been incredibly friendly when we pick up.
