I debated on writing a review. I decided I should.
In the last 2 years service has gone downhill, it was never exceptionally great, but it's gotten pretty bad. You can tell the town has responded to it as the parking lot is never full and there's no longer really any rushes morning, afternoon, or evening. The staff is still mainly 15-17 year olds and the adults that do work there seem as if they hate the world.
Any time I order, it's a teenager on the drive thru speaker and they're never kind. With either a flat or nasty attitude I'm greeted with "welcome to Dunkin what do you want?", and the last time I ordered, k ordered an iced latte, which is what I usually get, I wanted the seasonal Red Velvet flavor. I ordered a large red velvet iced latte with 1 extra pump of red velvet, cococut milk, and 3 pumps of liquid sugar. The employee answered with an "ugh" and a nasty tone saying, "we discontinued the cococunt milk, we don't have that anymore", I was kind of flabbergasted at that second hearing that and the attitude with it, it left me speechless for a moment, the young lady then said, "if you're not going to order than move, leave, we have other customers", yet I was the only customer in line outside and no one was inside. I then asked for oat milk instead and was met with her sucking her teeth and another "ugh", wasn't given a total, or told to pull around, so I did. I waited at the window for 10 minutes before a silent person holding their hand out making a "gimme" gesture for my cash. I paid without being told the total and received no receipt. I got change, but still unsure about how much I was charged or if I was overcharged. My drink was handed out aggressively and then the person immediately walked away. My coffee did not have any liquid sugar in it nor an extra pump of the flavoring.
I don't understand why this location allows this stuff to slide, I've worked in the food industry since I was 16, anywhere I've worked definitely did not tolerate this. It does no good to complain, clearly. They're all still working there just as miserable as ever.
I still would like to know if they actually discontinued coconut milk or if they were to lazy to restock.
Aside from the attitude being a reason I won't return, they don't have my preferred milk, supposedly, any longer. Not to mention, my drink was made wrong for probably the millionth time.
Save your time and money and just go to Starbucks...

I would personally skip this location and go to the one in slippery rock which is only 10-15 minutes from this one.
my orders are wrong 99% of the time. the 1% they are right is only when a certain employee is working (I believe her name starts with an E). i am tired of having to go back because my orders are wrong. i can see food orders getting mixed up, but not drinks. you literally have the sticker on the cup and it tells you what's in it. for example, my son wanted a mango lemonade refresher and they gave us a strawberry one... he wasn't happy. i did turn around and go back, but they were extremely rude about it and were even laughing that they messed it up. a lot of the time, it seems deliberate? which is absurd considering I'm a regular. but, I'll be taking my business to slippery rock from now on. today was kind of the last straw. I ordered the same drink I always do, a medium iced dunkalatte with blueberry, vanilla, and a bit of liquid sugar, I'm pretty sure that's absolutely not what I got at all. the color is very dark and it doesn't taste like a dunkalatte at all. the espresso is very strong, as if they added way too much. when I asked for my order at the speaker, they clarified my name as 'Sarah B', which they never do, the employees all made sure to look out the driveway thru window at me too whenever I got there, so it feels like whatever they did with my drink was deliberate. I'm not the only one who has felt that way, my own coworkers have mentioned it and have had their things messed with for needing things fixed or complaining after the 100th mess up. the drive thru employee that is usually kind and all smiles refused to even acknowledge me other than to shove my drink in my hand, which is a shame because she's normally the best employee they have working that shift when she is there.
oh! one more thing, if you go inside the store, be prepared to be stared at you and down until you feel uncomfortable enough to want to leave. that's happened too many times to count, too.
be warned, if you do a survey on their service from your receipt or online order receipt on the app, they'll treat you even worse if you give...
Read moreI have been a resident of Grove City for over 20 years. I frequent this store and get coffee here often but this will be my last trip. Today my wife, one year old son, and I received the worst customer service we have ever received in our lives. Natalie, and her shift lead, treated us with such disrespect that I cannot believe we paid money to buy coffee there. The coffees came out half full and we asked them to add some more cold brew to them. She gave us an attitude and told us she wouldn't. I told her that was that I cannot believe we paid money for the product they were delivering. The coffees came out half full and we asked them to add some more cold brew to. She then scoffed again, heightened her attitude and told us she wouldn't. I told her that was unacceptable and we would like her to fill the coffees up. Her attitude escalated even further, and I told her I would pull around come inside to get the remade coffees. Please see pictures of what we were given.
Go to the Dunkin in slippery rock. They are friendly, helpful, and they know how to make a coffee. I do not recommend the store. Whoever hired the staff should seriously reconsider as they are not doing any favors for...
