Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Grove City

My family and I stopped here for a quick fill up and we left with filled stomachs and smiles on our faces!

The atmosphere of the place is a little dim and drab (maybe a slight tune around the restaurant can help) other than that it was very nice. The chairs are in good condition, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean. 5/5

The service was impeccable! The person taking our order was clear and concice, guided us through the menu, and fulfilled our requests to the tee. He was very polite as well (Thanks for the supreme my guy). The pizza was brought straight to us and the woman who served us gave the plates before we thought about asking. I would honestly give a 6th star if I could 6/5

The food we got was actually beyond my expectation for a small pizza place. The pizza came out in ~15-25 minutes (can't remember exactly how long). The pizza had a ridiculous cheese pull and amazing toppings. The "Big Daddy" which is priced at 36 with a 2 liter was enough to fill a family of 5 (with 2 big eaters) perfectly. I myself really really enjoyed the Pizza, and had like 5 pieces🤣. 10/5

Overall, I would never ever hesitate to come around for my pizza if I'm in the area because whatever you guys are doing back there keep doing it because if I ever return I'd have a field day! Amazing job guys and I really hope I can...

My husband picked up an order tonight that I placed myself online in his name. My husband asked the lady to make sure that everything was there and the order was right. She insisted that everything was there and she doubled check. So why is it I paid almost $10 for a sm steak salad and I end up getting a side salad and they supposedly had everything correct and double checked. Tried calling with 20 minutes left till closing and they refused to pickup my call. That was my dinner, do you really think a sm side salad is going to fill someone who just gave birth?! Do you think that it’s fair that I spent $10 for something I thought would fill me to be ripped off and given something I didnt order and on top of that paid extra to have bacon added. I ordered online to pickup with the estimated time of 20 mins to pick up. I arrived at exactly 20 minutes. Now I’ve worked in all kinds of aspects of the service industry my whole life and am perfectly fine with have a reasonable wait after the specified time. Me and my boyfriend stood inside this establishment for another 25 minutes. I watched the workers make our food at a snails pace while the kid at the register continued to place orders and tell more customers the same exact wait times. Our order sat in the back for about 5 minutes “finished” before he realized there was no communication between any workers. Then when we got home we were missing 3 sauces we paid for and the loaded fries that are $10.99 have 6 burnt potatoes wedges in the container. This place needs an overhaul.
