my recent experiences here have not been satisfactory. usually half of my order is wrong or I'm missing half of my order. today agitated me a bit more due to the experience at the rest when I had to turn back around to drive back to have my order corrected. first, I want to mention that the manager I dealt with when I entered was wonderful, he was very kind, respectful, and helpful. my issue is with the employee that was bagging orders. not only was he angry and talking loudly enough for me to hear, but he was very rude about it. i had ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, I was given a chicken nugget happy meal, and not a single sauce I ordered was in the bag, which the sauces now cost money to have, so of course, I would like what I paid for considering the other meal on my order was what the sauces were for. the employee that bagged my order stated loudly "I'm more worried about getting food out faster than putting sauces or anything else in bags!", he admitted loudly enough for me and other customers present that he does not care about the accuracy of my order or anyone else's order and only cares about shoving the food out. that's a big problem in itself. not providing all paid for items to begin with is ripping the customer off, whether it's me or anyone else. the manager did reprimand the employee saying everything needs to be in the bags and double checked to ensure the meal is accurate first, the employee laughed and disagreed that his own speed is more important. this company and many other companies need to stop pushing speed, I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for my order to be accurate than it to be given to me quickly and be wrong resulting in wasting more of my time and the employees and managers time. the manager did pull up my order and see that I did order what I stated was wrong and missing due to the employee angrily saying I didn't order what I came to have fixed, the manager was displeased with the employee, but I don't think the manager will do much about it as I remember seeing the employee there for many years, so I assume seniority even as a team member is being looked at here. like I said, this happens almost every other time I go to this location. it's closest to my house, so it's most convenient, but I really don't think I'll return to this location. it's a mess in this way and no matter how many times you complain, nothing seems to be getting fixed or changing. employees need to watch what they say about customers and how they react to their own mistakes needing fixed. they should take it as a learning experience and do better, not run their mouths and glare at customers and...
Read moreI was in there today around 3:30 pm and I got some sandwiches and a drink. The condiment station was cover with ketchup and straw papers all over the counter. Another customer said something to one of the crew members that it was a mess. All the employee said was ok. The service is bad. It's the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. I was in there the week before and watched a customer go to the counter and then waited 5 minutes for service and walked back out. Another customer was standing for almost 20 minutes to pay for her order and to get her food. They need better communication. I had an interview a week ago there for a job and the manager Dorthy didn't know about it and then didn't have my application or even really to know what to ask me. I was asked by Amber to go in for an interview and she wasn't the one to interview me and obviously didn't tell Dorthy that she had to interview me.
