Hardee’s — Restaurant in Groveland

Hardee's has got some really great food. I would say that their standards are significantly better quality than other fast food restaurants. By just the slightest bit, I prefer the Hardee's in Tavares over this Groveland Hardee's though. The reason is because their food just wasn't quite as good as the one in Tavares for some reason. But don't get me wrong; they were still delicious and served premium food. Their breakfast is terrific. There just wasn't quite enough sausage in the biscuits and gravy but they compensated for that by supplying an entire gravy dish full of lots more sausage on top of a little bit more gravy. That was very nice of them too accommodate and at no extra charge. What friendly staff and wonderful service. Other than that, their prices were a little steep, to be honest, but not to an extreme. The place is a little old and ran down but what-ever can you expect from a low income area. The landscape is gorgeous and blends to the environment, nicel+E= (exponential growth) you can tell 99% of the employees try their hardest and it shows. Im sure they are busy with school and that's time+ok But... that bein+g said. It needs some work. Their's only so much money can by+i and it would be nice to see the place updated. I don't wanna be that G+eye-I but the people should smile more. They are beautiful people who seem held back by something other than themselves. Used to work here, quit today, I filled out a survery on the official Hardee's site about how the tacos are extremely dry, too much lettuce, etc and the manager, rather than discuss ways to improve their complaint on their tacos (This is the second complaint about dry tacos, as my dad ordered one before) she "this is how we prepare tacos, if you don't like it then you can leave" And she wonders why customer satisfaction has gone down the drain, clearly, this Hardee's doesn't want to change and improve, they'd rather give whoever offered their opinion greif after asking for said opinion via receipts. Sad, because as I'm leaving, a woman admitted to me that her food was cold. Might I add most of the employees here might be high while working, some of them come to work smelling like weed, there was once a dead fly in our butter, sometimes they don't change the lettuce for Red Burrito and serve people day old lettuce with brown...
