I truly wanted to give them a higher rating. Theor meat has amazing flavor but the proceed to put a bunch of sauce on top of everything you can't taste it. The sauce is bland and watery amd very lacking. I was so excited for the pastor tacos until they came outside to make them. They do not pull the meat from the rotisserie, instead they get it out of a pan that is sitting there with tortillas and heat it on the grill.then they cover it in the same bland sauce as everything else. The chicharron are undercooked and soggy. If you take them home and crisp they up they are amazing with great flavor. But why am I recooking food before I can eat it? Now let's talk about their tortilla.... why is it so soft and falling apart. By the time I got home they were so soggy you couldn't pick up the tacos. If you go here just get meat and do the rest your self.

Good tacos. Got asada and al pastor. Both had soft moist meat with great flavor. The staff was friendly. The ordering process is a little unorthodox. You place your order at the kitchen window, to the right of the deli counter for everything EXCEPT AL PASTOR. Then you pay at the store register to the right of that (the north side of the store). If you have anything al pastor, you ORDER AT THE REGISTER and they give you another ticket to take to the outdoor cook. That's where the al pastor is made. They make that dish outside for you to pick up there. Everything else is prepared inside and they either have you pick up at the deli counter or that may bring it to you outside. That's the process as I understood it. Little confusing if it's your first time.

The guy misheard our order and gave us a cabeza burrito instead of a carne asada when we said carne asada like 5 times and charged us $25 dollars for that one burrito that we didn’t even want because the cabeza “cost extra” (there was barely any meat in it and was hairy) and then we got a wet burrito that had barely any sauce or cheese on it. They got so much popularity for their tacos that they overpriced everything on their menu and it’s not even the best Mexican food in town. Got a chocolate milk too and he charged us $4 for a small chocolate milk. Got straight ripped off, and the guy was super rude. Don’t recommend.

THE MAN WHO BBQ'S THE BEST FLAVORED BONLESS CHICKEN OUTSIDE. HE'S ALSO BEHIND THE REGISTER. HE'S WITHOUT A DOUBT EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND GOES OUT OF HIS WAY ABOVE, BEYOND, THE CALL OF DUTY EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL MYSELF OR MY FRIEND STOPS BY ... NOWADYS IT'S RARE TO FIND GOOD SERVICE, GOOD PORTIONS, EVEN A GOOD FOUNTAIN SODA THAT HAS JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF C02 MIX TO SATISFY YOUR THIRST MAKING YOUR MOUTH SAY, AWWWE THIS TASTES SOOOO GOOD!! IT'S THE TASTE YOU'RE HOPING FOR WHEN BUYING A FOUNTAIN DRINK. THIS PLACE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST OF THE BEST. HE HELPS TAKE OUT MY ICE, PROPANE, TO MY VEHICLE, AND SOMETIMES I DON'T EVEN NEED TO GO INSIDE HE BROUGHT THE ICE TO ME. WE GAVE HIM A HEFTY TIP I RUN INSIDE TO BUY 1 MORE THING AND SAW HOW HONEST HE IS. HE'S PUTTING ALL INCLUDING MY TIP IN THE REGISTER... I HAD TO TELL HIM A COUPLE TIMES, "NO THAT'S FOR YOU, YOU DESERVE IT!!" I'M SURE HE'LL HELP YOU WITH WHATEVER'S NEEDED ALSO.

THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE! THE STREET STYLE TACOS ESPECIALLY THE PASTOR MADE OUTSIDE HE LET ME TRY THE FIRST TIME MAKES ME WANT TO GO BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN!! KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING! ** Corner of South 13th &...
