McDonald's — Restaurant in Guaynabo

The health department should make a surprise visit to this one! The smell is way unbearable! A deep cleaning should be done! It is not only cleaning the counter top. But under the counter, the trash area, the machines, microwave etc! The service was bad! The employee gave me the order without the soda! I am face to face with him, and told him about it. I thought that when he turned around, he would be getting the soda! Nope, he started to drink a small cup of soda and the other employee told him to give me the soda, but also gave his back to his coworker! And have not said what I saw an...

I bought a takeout breakfast, last Dec. 11, 2022 at 9: 23 am. Which were, one McGriddle, 3 McBurritos w/ sausage and an orange juice. The whole purchase was awfully bad. 👎 The 3 burritos and McGriddle were cold, and they tasted like a 3 days leftovers, but like they never weren't even stored in the fridge. The juice was just a watery orange with ice.

The slowest MC Donalds in the world I have spend 30 minutes there just to get my order, the cashier doing everything and inside they have like 10 people "working" so after 20 minutes doing a line with only 3 people and order took another 10 to 15 minutes to get my food and not even has the standard of quality of the rest of the mcdonalds.
