Service was obnoxiously slow. I’m not sure if the women working there were in training, but I had to wait around 40 minutes for my frappe and my açaí. I’m honestly fine with waiting if the end product is worth it, but similar to other reviewers, my açaí was extremely watery and melted soup. Not only that they got it WRONG, since I asked for coconut oil and got Nutella instead and the women there told me that she would charge me extra in order to give me the correct order, this is absurd….
My frappe was good, as per usual for San Juan frappes, but the wait time and disappointing açaí were a huge turn off, especially when the açaí is worth 10$...

I was able to try the Ferrero Rocher and the brownie frappés. All of the frappés that I saw had little chunks of their corresponding flavors (i.e. Ferrero Rocher had a little hazelnut chocolate, brownie had brownie chunks, etc.). There's not a bathroom at this location, so I ended up having to go to the bathroom across the parking lot, but this was to be expected, due to the nature of the place. Service was fast and friendly.
