Hardee’s — Restaurant in Gulf Shores

I absolutely love their breakfast. There in no other place that does breakfast like Hardee's! I've had dinner here several times and I must say it was very good. So good that this is now my fast food place to go to at night. My last visit was a few days ago and I ordered the thick burger combo and my husband ordered the Monster Thick Burger and they are awesome. The wait is a little long but it is acceptable because these are thick burgers, not your regular fast food burgers. Our food is ALWAYS hot and fresh!!! (Unlike other fast food places here on the island) We've ate at many burger restaurants and these burgers are just as great! The customer service is great as always. The young lady in the black shirt that always waits on us is very professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. She has jumped in the back to help her crew member prepare the order. (I believe her name is Heather ) and I don't recall the young man's name that is there but he is always nice and does his thing in the kitchen because our food is always great. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because it could use some updating on the inside in the dinning area as well as their restroom. We will continue to eat here several nights a week. Heading so 59 breakfast tome yesterday. Stopped at THREE BURGER jerks (KING). 1st one Robertsdale, out of biscuits at 945a 2nd one Foley, clueless/ broken English clerk, called for mgr to get order taken correctly, tan out of biscuits AFTER I ordered And PAID, 3rd another poor English on front counter— all inside orders for ONE EGG/BACON BISCUIT NO BUTTER.. out of food there too! Saw HARDEES!! IMMED ATTN AT COUNTER WITH FRIENDLY ENGLISH SPEAKER, got order correct FIRST TIME— observed Guy with a headset right behind the counter facing the kitchen calling orders and giving directions five minutes to keep everyone updated while he laughed and talked with the window clerk about jokes and dancing. Watched him grab an omelette off the rack and toss it in the can and demand another ones that looked better! I said that’s my man! What a together operation!! Team work Clean efficient nice FAST and DELISH!! TTHANK U HARDEES GS FOR TURNING MY MORNING AROUND...

Must be a government run restaurant. Employees don’t have a clue about customer service. I admit that I was in a hurry. 6:20 am, parking lot empty, dine in empty, 3 employees behind counter. Waited in drive thru for a minute but no response, pulled around to the window. After 1 employ came to register at window and then walked off, the lady with the WIRELESS headset came over and said “did you just come thru the drive thru and then pull around without giving me time to take your order?” I said have a nice day and left. She had a WIEELESS headset. Didn’t apologize or take my order, just another smart A remark. Drove down the street to Burger King. Got a response from Drive thru immediately! Hardees in Gulf Shores, you SUCK! BTW, mentioned what happened I the local fishing guide we were with and he said that this is normal operating procedure for this particular Hardees.
