Subway — Restaurant in Gulfport

When I entered the place the person behind the counter using his cell phone, not talking but texting or something of the sort. He ignored me. When his phone did ring, he walked to the back of the store and begin talking. Finally he returned and rudly ask what I wanted. I told him I was there to pick up an internet order. He turned and picked up the food and handed it to me. When I inquired about the drinks I had ordered, he rudly told me that they make the food and I am to make the drinks. I ask about the cups and he pointed to them and said in a very sarcastic tone this is the large cup and this is the medium cup. Fix them yourself. I was very upset in the way I was treated. I felt that he thought that I was bothering him and that I was not important enough to get off his phone and take care of me, the customer. I worked retail for over 20 years and I would never treat a customer like that. I will not be going back to that store ever again. The first interaction I had yesterday while getting lunch, was with a very angry, rude man that was covered in tattoos and his pants hanging down way below an acceptable level. He was very short with me. When looked at all of the vegetables in the display case, everything was old and looked inedible. The cashier was very strange and not professional at all. I dined in. Every table was dirty. Before I could finish my lunch, the very rude and angry man, covered in tattoos, came over to the garbage can that was right next to me and very angrily and rudely started to empty the trash as I was eating. Very disgusting and very unprofessional. The same man decided to take a break after this and smoke a strange looking cigar right outside of the store directly in front of me. I could not finish my lunch and left immediately. Threw my sandwich away somewhere else because. I did not have time to finish it. I’ll never eat...

Absolutely amazed at how RUDE some people can be. The cashier lady is always incredibly sweet. She’s a wonderful employee and always goes the extra mile. There is an older woman who works there, though who I believe is management. She acts like she absolutely owns the place with her disregard and offensive attitude. I personally work about 2 blocks from this Subway, and usually pick up lunch for the entire office. It’s pretty astonishing to ask a question about the menu, and while you’re still in line, listen to her make fun of you to other customers. Definitely will be driving all the way to HWY 49 or to Biloxi the next time I want...
