Wingstop — Restaurant in Gulfport

I want to start off with.I am a black man from new orleans. I thought this races bs was behind us. Not at this restaurant. I watched a white lady come in to pockets up a delivery and 3 other black woman came in after her. The lady handing out food looked and the white lady with disgust while rudely telling her to sign a book. She straight looked passed the white ladt to the black lady asking who she was there to pick up for. Then to the next black lady asking who she was picking up for. Now both black woman came in after the white lady. When the white lady trying asking if her order was ready. The black lady handing out food yelled again at the white lady did you sign the book as she turned her nose up and put her back to her walking off. The white lady said yes I signed your book but the two ladies who you gave food didn't and the came after her. Your employee was looking for people at the restaurant to notice her while yelling.This lady is causing problem.She is rude for making a statement and asking for food. Your employee who was supposed to hand her.The order refused to hand her to order for pointing out the obvious. I seen it.It was a racial issue with your staff. If she were my employee i would fire her on the spot. A nice young man came over and gave her the food that was on the rack told her to get a water. The lady who wouldn't give her the order Made sure she told the guy, make sure she does not steal the order and confirmed she picked it up. That was uncalled for. She wanted to embarrass this lady for trying to do her job in front of everybody that was in the restaurant. For this I will not be coming back to this restaurant. .But the young man who gave the lady her food. He is the only one that did not play into the racism of his fellow employees.. And people wonder why we still have the problems we have in this country. Today look...

Great hot food and service with a smile. We went to Wingstop this past Wednesday evening. We have ordered on the app and in person and both ways are easy. They make their ranch in house, and they have the BEST fries ever! The fries have a special seasoning on them, and they are cut with the skin on them. If you love fries, you must try them at least once in your lifetime. You do have to wait because the food is made fresh, and it is always busy. Some of my favorites; fries, ranch, bone in wings plain with the sauce on the side, boneless wings the same way with the sauce on the side, and Korean BBQ (I think it is called something else). The girls working the counter that evening was very sweet and helpful. It is a small place. If you are in a wheelchair I would suggest going through the drive through. The restrooms are clean and stocked. Many people order the Wingstop and take it to eat at another location. We order and walk around the shopping area and come back when ready. I would recommend. My husband is not big on the BBQ sauces. Most of the sauces and seasonings have spice. If you do not like spice you may want to get everything...

I placed an order and picked it up for dinner which was close to closing time. My order was completely incorrect when I made it home. Being that they were closed I called the next day and simply explained the issue that I had with my order to the manager “Sha”. She told me what I was explaining to her wasn’t the truth and that I needed to bring yesterday’s food back in so she could verify. I told her that I didn’t have the food any longer and that my kids still had to eat it last night being it was dinner. I told her that I wasn’t attempting to get more food nor money but we eat Wingstop weekly so I just wanted them to know that closer to closing the workers doesn’t as good of a job checking the food. All she said was “Ok So”.... Really wingstop? She’s a “manager” may need to be re-winged trained. All I called for was closure and instead received the worse customer...
