Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Guntersville

If I could give this place 0 stars I would… forts of all a couple months back I ordered pizza and wings online for pickup.. get there and they don’t have any wings so they said they would put the money back on my card .. never happened.. I let it go bc I moved and use Boaz store now.. well last Saturday I ordered online as I always do and upon my confirmation email I realized it said guntersville store instead of Boaz so I called guntersville to ask them to please cancel my order idk what happened and apologized.. keep in mind ordered pepperoni pizza and a cheese bread things they always make… anyways the unbelievably rude lady on the phone scolded me like I was a toddler and then hung up on me so I called back and asked her was she going to cancel my order and put my money back and she said yeah I will but I’m busy so it will be a later I said ok that’s fine thanks… now a week has gone by and the money is still not back on my card so I called them to see what was up I tell the situation and get passed to another employee an older lady with an accent (who I’m pretty sure was the same rude one from before)I tell her and she hangs up on me and now won’t Answer my calls so I’ve contacted corporate.. I will not let them screw me over again… the food from that one is the worst little Caesar’s around anyways the pizza stinks this weird garlicky smell and flavor the other stores don’t have… save ur money and go to a diff little Caesar’s or a diff pizza...

today February 14th 2018 was a totally different experience from any Little Caesars I've been to prior to today. I was very pleased with my order it was really fresh I ordered the mostest bestest. It stood up to its name the quality of the food was excellent. It was very fresh it was not liking and any ingredients. Had just the perfect amount of everything all over the pizza it was not liking. So on this visit I chose to take a picture of the health score then the man that has been working there has been working hard to improve this store today the health score is a 95. This Little Caesars has came very far since my last visit approximately a month ago the appearance of the store all around looked much better and the quality of the food had went up 60% so yes I'm saying the last visit was it to Pleasant but they have managed to get this up to a very decent place to get a quick pizza. Since a lot of times people are in such a hurry their Pizza is convenient and ready for pickup. I always order my pizza fresh I do not want mine out of the warmers. They kindly fix it fresh if you request for them to usually with no problems whatsoever. If you haven't tried it lately give it a try again because they have improved the quality...

I placed an order on the app while sitting in the parking lot. I waited for 10 minutes after the time my order should have been ready (nearly 45 minutes from the time i placed my order) then came inside to see why my order was not in the portal. The lady at the counter was sitting there on her phone and was rude and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about then when she realized she forgot to put my order in the portal she snatched the stickers and pulled old pizzas out of the warmer and gave them to me. No apology, nothing. I looked at them and they were old so I asked her if i could get fresh ones to which she answered "You have to wait 15 minutes" She is rude every time I go in there.
