Waffle House — Restaurant in Guntersville

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! This was absolutely MIND BLOWING. I went in with my friend at around 1 am. When I walked in, there was 2 waitresses & 2 cooks. I was NEVER greeted or acknowledged at all. EVERY. SINGLE. Table in the restaurant was full of plates and food… which would be fine but I stood there and waited for 40 minutes and was never even acknowledged!! Mind you, there was only ONE COUPLE sitting down to eat. The rest of the tables were empty.. after 40 minutes of waiting and watching both the waitresses just stand around on their phones IGNORING ME, I finally said “excuse me, can somebody please clean off a table for us to sit down at?” They looked at me and laughed! And ignored me completely. Then, one of the waitresses started talking about me asking for a table to be cleaned to the couple that was sitting down, saying I could clean it myself! And I DID HAVE TO CLEAN OFF A TABLE MYSELF!!!! after I cleaned off the plates and food and wiped the table down, I sat down and waited to be served. Me and my friend sat there for 25 more minutes while both the waitresses completely ignored us and NEVER took our order or even spoke to us! I am absolutely APPALLED by this experience. Never in my life have I had such an insane and disgustingly rude customer service!!! The manager should be absolutely ashamed…. This was literally the worst waffle house I have ever been to do not eat here. We come in and they are hosing the floors down. The floors are soaking wet. They didn’t start squeegeeing the floors until after we had almost left then one of the workers friends proceeds to come in Who was African-American and his friend proceeds to tell him as he walks in the door that they do not serve his kind there Half of them were on their phone and not paying attention they burnt our waffles the first time then the worker proceeds to fling the waffles around in the air goofing around instead of actually working The grits that I got were not even hot they were barely even warm. The eggs were halfway overcooked and halfway not even done completely. The bacon was burnt the sausage wasn’t completely cooked. Our waffles were almost burnt after they remade them from them being burnt the first time by the time we got our food, everything was pretty much cold. Let’s just say we did not enjoy our experience at this waffle house and we will not be eating here again 0 stars for this place google wouldn’t let me post my review without...

This place used to be good, went in the other morning, and they didn't have steak, and they didn't have orange juice, our waitreess half took our order, and promptly went back to the other end of the dining room, where she stayed, the grill cook gave us our order, and she had left my bacon off my order, the cheesy eggs plate, the table we sat at was sticky, after we were there a few mins, two more customers came in separately, they said hello to them, and just kept talking to the people they were talking to, then the waitress tried to say she didn't see them come in! Very unprofessional, and the lady on grill wasn't much better! Don't think we will go back to this location! They need new staff, or retrain these two! Very disappointed! Waffle House, hope your corporate office reads...
