Starbucks — Restaurant in Gurnee

On March 24th, 2018 I took my cousin to get a Frapuccino. We ordered two caramel frapps, go figure they tasted horrible, almost as if they had soap in them. I asked them to remake them and they did but with a sarcastic look on their face. Luckily my cousins frapp was ok to drink. Unfortunately mine had the same flavor so I was not going to say anything but since the Caucasian girl who was cleaning started sweeping and got dust all over our table. I got up to complained about my frapp and here it goes again she starts mopping the floor and follows my cousin as she passes the mop over his shoes and walks away like nothing happened. I eventually had my frapuccino made for the third time. The only thing I have to say is that I had to throw it away, the taste was horrible as well as their service. Felt like I was given that treatment due to my race. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Prefer Cold Stone "their neighbors"...

Oh my gosh, I can't believe there's actually in Starbucks which is quiet, clean, and mellow during rush hour business. What a pleasure!

The staff was so friendly and calm. The space was so clean and the music was an "ease into the morning" mix.

So many customers just walked in and stepped up to the pick-up counter and found their pre-ordered, prepaid items and walked out. It was kind of cool to the efficiency but disappointing that they did not even say thank you to me staff. I guess it's just a new era of typical Starbucks customers.

In the hour that I was there, I only experienced one stereotypical, self-absorbed, me-me-me Sbux customer...and she was even probably quieter because of the environment.

My mocha was hot and yummy -- the consistency you can expect from...

FINALLY!!!! A Starbucks that doesn't have loud annoying music blasting in the morning. I've been to at least 30 different starbucks in Illinois and all have music way too loud! I'm always told we can't turn it down there's no button to or we're not a loud to.

I the morning the first thing a customer wants is coffee and QUIET! a little ambiance music is ok but the music is always so loud to the point that even if you were earbuds it does nothing.

If you try to move from the speaker there one every 5 feet so they'd no getting away from the noise. But the workers were very nice and made my coffee great like all Starbucks do. PLEASE keep down the music in the future. I don't know if today was a fluke and was low by accident or it's always like this if so this is my...
